Drove 30 minutes to order from this store (my first visit to this location). Pulled into line with one car ahead of me waiting to order and 3 more cars behind me. Got stuck for 35 minutes waiting for them to order - I was boxed in - before they sped away shouting out of their window. I spent 5 minutes at the order box trying to get someone's attention but no one ever answered. I then pulled around to the drive thru window, which was wide open, and saw a crew of 5 or 6 people. One appeared to be the shift leader and looked directly at me. I made eye contact (briefly) with at least 3 people. No one even acknowledged me. All pretended like they didn't even know I was there. Everyone seemed very disorganized. I don't believe anyone was working the drive thru because no one was wearing a headset. I know good staff are almost impossible to find these days but this was the single worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. If you can't take orders, do something to let customers know. Ignoring them, especially after they've looked you in the eye, is never the right answer. Apologize to them, give them options and move on. If this location can't get its act together, it should be closed. Bad customer experiences like this don't just damage individual franchises, they damage entire brands.
Ordered a chicken salad and there was barely any chicken. The croutons were soft like they had been sitting out for a while. Usually decent food, but this salad was horrible.

This has been my favorite Fazolis experience thus far. This is the first time out of every visit to Fazolis (2nd time at this one on Miller Ln) where I saw the workers continually take care of the customers such as bringing extra breadsticks and checking up on everyone. Maleea & Steven were very sweet and helpful. My husband was shaking and Steven right away gave me breadsticks when asked. A lot of food for 3 people and took half of it home. Will def come back!! Great food!
The place was really clean! The staff was very nice. I had Chicken Parmegiana without Fettuccine sauce and extra marinara. It was PERFECT! Demi brought out our food and she was the nicest young lady! She is a keeper!!!
Another great meal and dining experience with MacKenzie and Maleea (store #1802). The salad is so good and always fresh. We only like iceberg lettuce and we like all the cheese, tomatoes and carrots. It just makes it a pleasure. I absolutely love coming here and seeing MacKenzie’s smiling face. The food was great. We keep coming back to this location because of the wonderful staff here. The group here today are the BEST. The Manager is exceptional. I love the points program because we eat here so much that we get a free baked spaghetti as we did today.
Good food when it's open. Doors locked during business hours with no sign up saying they are closed. Staffing is tough, but at least have a sign in the door.
So yummy! And great service. And best of all, it's not ham or turkey.
After driving around the parking lot for 10 minutes for a parking spot we enter the store to about 6 families dining happily. We go to the register and choose our food. A young man comes up from the back and says, "We are having difficulties and can only do take out orders at this time." Well, thank you very much we left and went to smash burger across the streetWe saw at least 5 employees there. What's up?
Great Italian food done cheap. In my opinion their breadsticks are better than olive garden
