Delicious food! They catered the food for my friend’s wedding and everything was amazing!

I use to work for a BBQ restaurant (14yrs) and always thought we were better than anyone, but I gave another BBQ restaurant a try and I got to say it was DELICIOUS! The only thing I didn't care for was there bbq sauce, don't get me wrong it was good. I tried there Smoked Brisket and Chop Chicken and it was tender it just melted in your mouth. I would definitely go back to try out more meats and side items. Service was excellent and very friendly!! Thanks you Fatback's Barbecue for a great lunch! ??
Our 1st experience, so we had the menu explained very well by very friendly staff, made us feel like family. Nothing franchise about this! The pulled pork was cooked just right. The Carolina Vinegar Sauce was unique and VERY tasty. The sides were excellent, especially the green beans and potato salad. The warm sweet sauce hit the right notes of sweet and spicy. We’ll be back and recommend Fatback’s to others!!

I recently visited Fatback's BBQ here in Dayton and the experience was great! First off I did not expect much because of the appearance of the restaurant but my friend and I were in the mood for BBQ so we decided to go in and try it out. Once we entered we were greeted with a giant smile and old fashion style of country hospitality from the cashier. We asked some questions about their menu Items which they answered to the best of their ability, Then we ordered and sat down, in less than 5 min we received our food. The brisket was surprisingly juicy and the sauce had an amazing taste!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!
This place is fantastic! The brisket was so moist and tender, the roasted potatoes and green beans with ham were delicious.... bur the hospitality was above and beyond, what incredibly nice people! I highly recommend Fatback's, we will definitely be going back.
Wow! Today my spouse and I came to Fatbacks utterly exhausted from being teachers. The hospitality was amazing. As someone who has been on the industry since 2014, my meal was made better by the owner and his mom being so kind. Chopped brisket ... Yes, yes and yes. The Mac is liquidy but liquid gold y'all! The roasted potatoes are so well seasoned. The cornbread is cake like and sweet but I like that style. The portions were big enough that I have lunch for tomorrow. The sauces were great too. The owner has done a great job taking this place over and we will absolutely become regulars. Industry tip: we went today on a Tuesday and it was quieter. Glad to give them some business on perhaps a slower evening. Do the same
Amazing BBQ. I have tried the pork, ribs (which don't need sauce because they are that good) and Brisket. My husband and grandson's favorite is the pork but Iam 100% in love with the Brisket! And the green beans are my favorite from any restaurant. And the potatoes are a must have (sooooo good)
Well worth the accidental trip down the wrong road. We seen this place stopped in for some grub. We were treated with a very polite smile and hello. Curtis the owner is a really awesome guy, he told us about the restaurant and what pictures were his favorite. There is so much cool decor, even if you aren't hungry come take a look. If in town or looking for some good ''q stop on in, you won't be disappointed. I recommend the pulled pork.
