I've never personally ordered from this bakery, because I never knew it existed! My neighbors ordered a cake from them and gave me a slice after their party! Not only was it beautiful and delicious, but it was the most moist cake I've ever seen/ate! It was slightly "wet" like and spongy! Absolutely perfect and I personally don't like cake!!! I will definitely be a future customer here!!
Ordered a smash cake for my daughter's first birthday. The theme was intended to be Encanto. Specifically the top part of Mirabel's dress. WHITE icing, faint black trim and a few pink and purple flowers. The icing was a cream color not white. The black trim was very messy and thick, and the god awful blue writing did not match the color scheme at all. When i finally checked it out after opening the box i then found a hair in the icing right on top. This was my first time ordering from Ele and i honestly believe it will be my last. I was only offered a $10 refund after calling. Very disappointed.
My daughter’s medical school graduation cake was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. When I came in to pick it up and the cashier asked me to make sure it was ok, it brought tears to my eyes. You did an amazing job; the flowers gorgeous! And, it tasted great! Thank you so much!
Have only attended a class, but that was fun! Cake was delicious. We'll be watching for more!!
they did amazing on my baby shower cake! the girl sat down with us and let us design everything. she was knowledgeable and super helpful! they were fantastic!!! taste, look, whole 9 yards! this was done oct 3rd but ended up getting caught up after having my baby two weeks later at 33 weeks but wanted to give credit!
The icing on my cupcake was good but I wasn’t a fan of the cake. It’s usually opposite of that for me. Don’t know if that says the icing is really good or the cake is mediocre, but it wasn’t a memorable cupcake. Service was super good, so overall four stars.
Cookie and fruit tray were delicious. When I arrived to pick up at 8:15am only my cookie tray was ready. My fruit tray had not been delivered from their other location yet. I was a bit discouraged at first but they told me they'd deliver it and showed up to my work about an hour later! What amazing service!! I was impressed on how easily they handled everything!
A big cake shop and cupcake store. They also have a gift shop and a coffee place. The cup cakes are presented very well. But the frostings are a tad bit on the sweeter side for me. The also have a lot of cakes for birthdays/occasions. The staff are friendly and polite. The coffee (cappuccino) was ok.
I really love their cakes just wish customer service was a lot more friendly you keep people coming back how you treat them
Had a cake tasting and it a very nice experience. The cakes were amazing. Very comfortable setting and everything was explained very well. They are making the most beautiful wedding cake for my mother-in-law and it's gonna taste amazing.
