I assume the food would have been great if they had any vegan options. This was the first Mexican restaurant I've been to that didn't offer vegetarian beans (no black beans at all) and typically rice and beans has always been a safe option but we struggled to communicate even "no cheese" to our server who came back to ask numerous times. We ate primarily chips and salsa, though we did order the veggie fajitas which again came with the lard-based referred beans.

Nothing to write home about, staff was friendly but not attentive and engaged in dining experience. Food was bland and served to us so fast that i am sure it was sitting there all day I'm sure, and no wow factor at all. Tortillas were hard and chewy at the same time. Usually we go to harshman location and are super pleased with EVERYTHING. So Super Disappointed for our date night ?

El Toro was amazing. Me an my wife are from Texas an Mexican food is our middle name. El Toro compares with the best in Texas. Good food, great atmosphere, and they have an upstairs indoor or outdoor. It's more fun eating upstairs. I guess because all restaurants have one floor usually. Go check them out for a great time an great food. The DeMoss's

It was my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED with decision to eat here!! Both of our blue raspberry margaritas WERE WARM!!! The ice melted so fast it watered it down AND WAS STILL WAS NOT VERY COLD! so we ordered couple of draft beers they were cold but the beer tasted skunk(the watered down warm margarita tasted better than the cold beer). We told our waitress about both drinks and she just laughed a little and walked off. We didn't have to wait long at all for our food. I got the steak and shrimp and it was DELICIOUS!! after we finished eating we asked 3 different people about where our waitress was so we could get our check 1 of those 3 told us he wasnt our waiter and we needed to find out waitress! 20 mins of waiting AFTER WE FINISHED EATING we just went up front and finally flagged down our waitress! nobody ever came by to check on us after they dropped our food off!

The service here was top notch! We were absolutely thrilled with the speed at which we were seated, chips and salsa put on the table, drinks ordered and delivered and our food order taken and brought to the table (all within 15-20 minutes). I have never had service that fast. The food portions were very large, but the quality could be improved. The chips were good, but the bowls provided had more crumbs than full chips. The steak in my dish was chewy and not as tender as would be preferred for a dish of that cost. The flavor, however, was good.

Chile rellenos were terrible and so were the chicken enchiladas. Also had water dripping from the ceiling at our booth. Waitress acted like she could have cared less that the meals were awful. Worst Mexican meal I’ve ever had.

We were there at a time that wasn't very busy yet the service was very slow. The food was okay but mine was a little overcooked. Overall it was all right but could have been better

Ordered veggie fajitas, and requested veggies be cooked in water instead of oil, with corn tortillas. Our food came out 2 minutes later (wince!) with flour tortillas and my veggies looked wierd.... definitely not fresh or cooked in water and didn't taste right...only ate two because of it. I spent my Eve from 3a-8a in my bathroom, projectile all ends. Horrible. First, and hopefully last, food poisoning. What did I expect when the food comes out slower at Taco Bell?!

I had the beef chimiganga lunch special and it was terrible. This flavorless cheese like substance was covering my meal, the rice was hard and old. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is for the iced tea and the service.

The fajita steak was good. The el Tara melcete bowl. Had no cheese The bowl did not have alot of juice in it. Huber location always does a great job. Was told they had a new cook. Looked like it was slopped together
