We went to this location to get my favorite dish, which is Huevos Ranchero. Instead, I tried their NEW dish, Conchinita Pilbil. As a cook myself I can honestly say that THIS will be the only pork dish I'll ever eat again. IT IS FRIKKIN AMAZING!!! The staff is also AMAZING!!! Lexie helped us and was friendly, helpful, and FAST. We didn't even wait a full minute for our beer!
I spent $50 only to have my order ruined by tomatoes after I asked for no tomato on anything. I'm very allergic. When I called to let them know my order was incorrect the MANAGER hung the phone up on me. Not once but twice. Very unprofessional and I will never spend my $ here again. Lost a customer with 4 children and a great paying job, all over tomatoes. Congratulations. Never even offered to make it right.
this was genuinely the worst service I have ever had. I waited 20 minutes after I sat down for someone to come to our table. I ordered chips and salsa and waited 45 minutes and never got them. we had to raise our hands in the air flagging down the waiter and he never came. then they tried to overcharge us $40. they would not let us leave without paying for something we didn’t buy. I will never go here again. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this restaurant.
Clean, tasty food and welcoming, courteous staff. Standard Mexican restaurant menu executed quickly with fresh ingredients. Staff properly masked and plenty of space between seating.
We asked when we entered the restaurant if they could accommodate gluten free before they seated us. We were told “yes”they could accommodate. We sat figured out what everyone wanted …still no water or greeting from a waitress. When the waitress finally came over to our table she was totally clueless and stated I don’t know who told you that but we don’t have anything that doesn’t have gluten in it. I found it terribly hard to believe that a Mexican restaurant couldn’t find anything on their menu to accommodate my family especially since Mexican has never been an issue for us. Terrible customer service
Poor service. Employees seemed to be more interested in talking with friends or family then working. $8.00 for a small margarita!! Next time I will go somewhere else. Would not recommend.
Food is very good, let me start by saying that. The reason for the 2 stars is that we asked for jalapeños three times, once when we ordered, once when we got the meals and once after they never came. If you forget something three times you shouldn’t add it to the tab. Also forgot green Chile sauce we asked for. Also brought me the wrong order. Perhaps the waiter’s first week or something but wow. Get it together man.
Most to-go food items reeked strongly of tobacco smoke. Only the chips didnt smell.
I've always received good service here, went here on my birthday trash from previous guest was never cleaned up or wiped down. Juan and Braden provided top notch service tho.
The meal looked good but tasted horrible,the waiter mixed up the order gave me the wrong plate. They didn't have sour cream to go with my food, otherwise the establishment was clean. Oh and the waiters like to rush.
