The donuts are great! Cold brew is also really nice. The tater tots are to die for. The avocado toast is also pretty nice.
I generally love DD but today I just pulled up to a completely empty drive thru at around 1:30 p.m to pick up a Doordash order and they wouldn't just hand it to me and get the customer their food, they said I absolutely had to come inside for it lol. People pay top dollar for food using delivery apps and you won't expedite their order? I let the doordash customer know that's why you refused them a speedy delivery, Tim Hortons has NEVER not let me use the drive through window ? Very miscalculated policy you guys have there, I'm sure this wasn't the first time it cost the store money.
Everytime I get food from here we always have problems in the drive through trying to order, the people that work there act like they don’t even know what’s on there own menu and the food is always soggy and not cooked all the way, today I spent $30 on breakfast and the egg and cheese croissants were all soggy and the tator tots were not cooked at all whatsoever. Also we couldn’t even order what we wanted because they forgot to lay out the food so it was all frozen still, that dunkin really blows me away with how bad it is ran.
Love the staff at this location. The doughnuts however tasted old . Very dry. Most went into trash. They discontinued the lemon and strawberry filled with the powdered sugar. Everyone asks for them ! Owner needs to step it up !
Went into the store to review the donut selection, the male cashier had an airpod in his ear. Another female associate was conversing very loudly with a male associate about Tinder practices. I had to repeat my order 3x to the cashier. The donut selection was slim, my husband ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher and it tasted mostly like water. We sat inside to eat and the associates frequently yelled at each other across the store which was disruptive. We were very disappointed with our experience today.
Love this DD my order is almost ALWAYS perfect and if they mess up they fix it on top of giving me free coffees! Plus I love their avocado toast ?
I ordered 4 orders of hash browns which all looked so ugly and burnt, the smell was even worse. The chocolate glazed doughnuts looked like someone touched them all. I asked them to give me different ones and was told that all of their doughnuts looked the same. Left the place and realized that I was also missing one of the chocolate croissants. What’s even worse is that this wasn’t the first time where I buy stuff and just get so disappointed.
So sad they don’t have the stroopwaffle doughnut anymore and DONT TRY THE CHURRO DOUGHNUT worst doughnut ever it’s crunchy n doesn’t taste like a churro other then that tho love the breakfast sandwiches and really miss the maple snackin bacon BRING BACK THE MAPLE BACON AND STOOPWAFFLE DOUGHNUT ?
Every time I’m trying to get a coffee or anything from this location is over 10 minute wait and even then they mess up your order. Always item missing or something would recommend getting a better management
The new crew is doing great, there are usual supply chain shortages in certain parts of the menu and some technological issues with mobile ordering but the staff does a great job with fixing it
