Ordered through mobile app, and I can only surmise that they made it immediately and by the time I showed up, it was room temperature.

Spent extra money on pick up for specific doughnuts, only for none of what we ordered to be correct.
The employees here are my absolute favorite! Always a joy to wake up and see them for delicious coffee!
I had a gift card to use at Dunkin' so I decided to try their Matcha Latte. Why does it taste like coffee?! ?I've had matcha before, so it's not like I didn't know what I was getting. I'm not a coffee drinker though and I can't stand the taste or smell of coffee. There is 100% something in this that tastes like coffee! I don't know if they messed up the drink and started a coffee drink and just dumped it out and started over in the same cup, or if they're just not cleaning their mixers/shakers well, but this is SO gross! Blech. ?Update: After several attempts to get in touch with someone at Dunkin', I finally spoke with the store manager a month after this visit. He explained their mixing process and he thinks that dirty supplies were probably used when making this drink. He offered a replacement the next time I'm in the area.
It’s always busy but what else should you expect from a coffee place. The staff does an excellent job at keep the line moving. In a good location. If going in the drive through just be mindful of parked cars and other cars entering parking to access the adjacent business.
Put an order in in the morning for 1 dozen donuts, 1/2 dozen donuts, 10 donut holes, 1 croissant sandwich, tater tots and 1 tea to be delivered at 530pm. Got my delivery about 30 minutes early but they should have taken the extra time to check the order! I got the wrong sandwich, cold tater tots, tea, 2 dozen donuts and no donuts holes. I did not get all the correct donuts and pretty sure they are already stale. Never again :(
I went to try the new coffee that's been advertised for the season and they didn't have it... they said they could substitute it for something else that they feel tasted similar... first off I hope not... second off they should given a percentage off... and third off will not be going back over the holiday for anything similar...?

This location is always staffed and everything is ready on time, and accurate. This location is one of the best I know of. I'm thankful for their service.
