Great doughnuts honestly, massive selection to choose from. But with there being a huge selection, one would expect some time to choose what they want. That is not what I was granted when I entered the building. I prefer to go case by case and write down what I am going to get before repeating what I wanted to the employee to save them the time of running back and forth since I usually get a large amount of doughnuts, a dozen or more.I asked the women for a moment to look and she immediately asked me again, and louder what I wanted. Before I can even get out the name of the first doughnut, she's grabbing and asking me multiple times what I want next not giving me a moment of time to think. Did not appreciate it that much honestly, feeling rushed and hurried while trying to decide still isn't very welcoming. Great doughnuts tho
This is the only place I had a bad donut. I had a chocolate one that tasted burned .
All the donuts were wedged into one box and all the icing came off every donut and onto the paper. So we actually got a dozen glazed donuts ( since there was no icing left on them) . Go to Krogers they have a great selection and lower prices and you box them yourself.
Arguably the best donuts in town at very affordable prices. A very clean establishment with quick & courteous service !

Donuts were not the freshest. The parking lot was full of trash. Not saying it came from the Donut Palace. But other stores there. Have not been back since.
This place was always my favorite for years. I bragged about their donuts in every state I lived in. As of late they have not tasted as good. It was so bad I stopped going for a while. I went again in the middle of this month hoping for miracle and the donuts my favorite glaze were horrible. I hope eventually they will go back to the original recipe which is what made them loved anyway
Thank you so very much for the donuts you bring every Sunday that I am very grateful for having fresh donuts I wait for your friend that brings them too us the best woman in the world too be mindful enough to take the time too care for too spend her time and money to tell her thank her so very much for all that she does I love that not just for the donuts but for the care that she puts into what she does for the people her are just as grateful too have them she most have a kind heart thank God for woman like that care enough for others god bless her thank you donut palace your the greatest donuts ever my nephew use too work there many years ago in the back I would always come up there when he got done baking the custard filled donuts too be a little extra custard and hot right out the oven man that too die for donut hot custard filled I can all most taste them now Jesse Chen made the best donuts ever hands down back then about 18 year's ago that you guys still going strong many And many more years too go
