called to order... order was placed and after I received my order it was so DELICIOUS I had to call back and get another of the same...doubled!!
Inflation is ridiculous. Their eight piece is not a six piece for the same price. And small pieces of chicken. Not worth it
This store location is absolute garbage. It used to be good but not anymore! They literally demanded a 30 dollar tip or they wouldnt come to my house, no bs. I have ordered from this same location 2 times a week for years and because of this I will never go to any Dominos ever again. I even talked to the manager because I was so appalled and he refused to do anything. Do not use this store they will do anything to steal from you. I cant believe after all the business I have done there this is how they treat people with their management team currently in place. Check out Cousin Vinnys they have improved in quality a whole lot and make dominos look like amateurs and they treat their customers with dignity and respect.
We used to love ordering from Dominoes on Wilmington Ave at Irving. However, one time previously and the last 2 times we ordered (and we order just about once/week) they messed up our order. We put NO GARLIC CRUST on my son's pizza order and they put it on anyway. They offer to remake it free, but by then, my own order is cold.
Could be 5 stars if this wealthy corporation didn’t gouge for a delivery fee as high as some menu items. If they valued their drivers as they say, they’d waive the fee & leave more tip room, or maybe give the $4.99 to them, & the tip.The overhead for delivered pizza is the same as carry-out, or they’d apply a fee to every order. Food delivery services, sadly, will put in-house delivery out of business. 2 delivery fees from Domino’s = unlimited free deliveries from ANYWHERE, all month, on Doordash.Greediness sucks.
I am an activity director at a local nursing home and was having a party for our staff and residents. I pre-ordered a 9 pizza order for delivery at 5pm on Super Bowl Sunday!!! They did awesome!!! Got it there a few minutes early!!! Thank you Wilmington Ave Domino's!!!
Ordered 2 pizzas with hand-tossed crusts. Both were too thin, compared to others in the past and we were not too impressed with the tastes, either. I only ordered from this particular store because I was in the area, probably won't order again.**UPDATE**My 2 FREE PIZZAS were as bad as the 2 I had paid for to get the FREE ones!! I won't go back to this location.
Best Domino's in Dayton. Pizza tastes great and the employees are polite and friendly, even when they're busy.
This is a great place to do business in my experience. I love the food and their reward system is great. They are really willing to make it right with you if anything is wrong and are proactive with customer experience with their new “two minute guarantee” when you order curbside pickup. I’ve done this many times, and they are always out within 5 seconds but it must be a busy night and they missed the 2 minutes and I got a free pizza for next time. Honestly waiting 2 minutes doesn’t even seem that long so that’s an impressive feature to have. The best thing is, you don’t have to call in to do any of this, it’s all done on the mobile app. They also have a lot of options for the customer which I appreciate. I’ve been a customer here since 2008 and will continue to be one.
The BEST Domino's. I order from here at least 2x a week, it's consistently great every time. Thank you guys, keep up the amazing pies ?
