I often frequent this location while my wife is shopping in Kroger. Staff is great, drive through is fast, and everything is always spot on. They've never messed up my order or total.These guys know what they're doing.
I went to get ice cream here. First off what type of place doesn't sell chocolate ice cream. Second I order 3 medium blizzards as soon as we pulled to the window they handed me a small then when I told them it was wrong they took it back through the window( yuk) then my oreo blizzard did not have the brownie bites I paid extra for. Called to let them know and she gets smart and hangs up on me. Go elsewhere where people value your. Time and money ugh never in Indiana would this have happened
As a Former Dairy Queen Manager the staff is amazing! We do our best to serve costumers but it can not be helped when costumers themselves don't understand the concept on things like for example we don't carry chocolate ice cream because we're smaller and plus it wasn't selling, but of course costimers wants to argue after we explained over and over. It's not the workers fault if you want extra caramel which is hot and extra chocolate sauce inside your blizzard, its going to be runny because the ingredients. So please is you're gonna complain please be about something to complain about not something that's silly.
I want to start by saying dq as a whole is a great place to get a treat... however this location is beyond ridiculous. We drove there from a party we were at up by the mall and when we parked we walked up to the window to order where 4 other people were ordering. When It was my turn I was asked did I drive? Very confused I said yes if course I did. Then rudely I was told oh you need to use the drive through we are a drive through only location... I asked what about these people and again rudely was told oh they walked here. Now this location is in a shopping center not really close to any houses that I could see so I'm not really sure how this works. I guess I should have lied but I guess they don't like honest people. Now i did go through the drive through to get my daughter her special drink she wanted and she loved it but I will never return to this location. It is the absolute dumbest thing I have ever seen. I can understand if they had a dine in and it was closed. But they have a about 10 tables and benches so I dont understand do you want walk ups or not? Again really dumb.
Staff needs retrained. I will never go here ever again. I asked to add something onto my order at the window and was told they don't do add ons. Ok, I told her to cancel it, I would come back around and get my whole order on one then. I was then asked why, because I didn't want multiple charges. I explained that technically it would cost the company more money to run my card twice as well. Her response was "I just work here, I don't care". Well, I won't come here again so I don't care anymore.
The ice cream is so good I want to just jump up and down and give the guy who made my ice cream a big handshake
Must try the Moolatte, if you like a frappe you will Love the Moolatte. Reasonable prices for good food
The DQ on 741 in Moraine is always clean, fast and delicious. Some of the other DQ locations, not so much!
I frequent this Dairy Queen a lot because it's nearby to my home. This is a pretty great place, only downside is that they've stop selling plain chocolate ice cream because it doesn't sell well. The local Dixie Dairy dream down the street sells chocolate ice cream though.
Great ice cream and great chili cheese hotdogs! Definitely satisfied my cravings. Will visit again for sure! Plus it's right around the corner from where I work ?
