The cookies themselves are fantastic. Unfortunately, the staff seemed less than enthused to help their customers. There was no "please, thank you or have a great day!" I'm not sure if I will be back to this location or not! When people spend their hard earned money in a business, they expect a certain level of customer service.
Our first time visiting a Crumbl store. Although I had to wait an hour to get some of these delicious cookies, it was definitely worth the wait! I'm sad I didn't get the cornbread cookie though, (because I didn't think a cornbread cookie would be good), because my friends told me it was delicious! Do yourself a favor and stop and get some cookies. They are absolutely the BEST! And download the app so you can order ahead of time and just go in a pick up your order! Now I know for our next visit!
i was excited to try crumbl for the first time and they did not disappoint. looked pretty busy for a tuesday afternoon, but the service was incredible! wasn’t expecting it to be so quick but the line only took about 5 min to get through and it literally took under a minute for the cookies to be ready. got 6, the orange creamsicle was my favorite but all of them were wonderful! ~$19 for everything, well priced for a quality cookie experience every now and then. would give 7 stars if i could! :)
1st time in. Picked up cookies for a employer. Cookies where ordered night before. They finish icing & boxing your cookies upon arrival so it will take a few minutes. Not a terrible wait, but there was a wait. The cookies are very sweet & yummy cookies. They are fresh & larger cookies but are they $4 a cookie good? ?♀️ A good occasional treat but nothing I'd buy on a daily.
This is my third time coming to Crumbl Cookie and I adore their cookies ❤️ They have excellent customer service and their wait time was at most 3 minutes (I am not joking at all). They also sell a small assortment of other food such as ice cream (in a few flavors) and water; however, a good majority of the work is cookies. Oh, and the cookies are homemade!If you do so choose to go, don’t worry about whether they have the flavor you like. They change out their flavors every week, but I encourage you to try something new. You won’t regret it!
We've tried Crumbl a few times, but I don't intend to buy them anymore. Their cookies are usually underbaked. They also started to all taste the same, which is like sugar. Ha, I guess what I'm saying is they're overly sweet for my preference and I enjoy sweets! The staff were nice every time I interacted with them. Also, if you order online, go through Doordash, as they always canceled my order when I ordered through their app for delivery.
When I went in to pick up my order, my box of cookies was sitting on the counter (with my name spelled wrong on a post it note so I didn’t know it was my order). Not a big deal, I didn’t have to wait long for someone to come up and say it was my order. Got home and opened the box- they gave me a lemon bar cookie instead of the classic pink sugar cookie. Won’t answer the phone to help fix it.
A good and super busy cookie store. There is always a line and be ready to wait 15 min. Coming to the cookies, the chocolate one was good. But the waffle was too sweat for me. The cookies are a tiny bit expensive. The staff were friendly and polite.
When they say fresh, they mean fresh from the oven, and icing them when you walk in. I highly recommend the iced cookies. They are to die for!! We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try other flavors! This week our favorite was the Lucky Charms cookie. It’s so fun that they switch flavors every week!
It's better to order with the Crumbl app and go to pick up your cookies at the given pickup time. They are delicious.
