I will never order from cousin Vinny’s Pizza on Patterson road Dayton oh. We used to love it. They have messed around 5 delivers. We get 1/2 & 1/2 pizzas. They made it all veggie extreme. When I called I told them my son was allergic to onions peppers and black olives. They were rude called 2 times to get correct order. Then acted like we were scamming them to get 2 pizzas. As a matter of fact I’ll never order any cousin Vinny’s pizza from anywhere again . And I will be sharing this story with everyone I know!!
In love with their bread sticks with the cheese sauce. The pizza is always yummy. Good specials. Love how they serve the fountain drinks in special cups for the holidays! The staff is always nice and i cant remember them ever messing up our orders in the 20 years we have been ordering frim here. If i could change one thing it would be that they add anchovy to the toppings. That would make my day and im sure so many more people would love it as well!:)
I cannot believe how much your prices have gone up, even with inflation. I called last night and apparently just a small 1 topping is $12 ?.Your cheap prices is what makes yall the late night option - especially since your quality isn't that great to begin with. The cheap, geasy mess that is your pizza is why people llove cousin Vinny and what separates you from Marion's, casanos or milanos. Do you guys even still have your Wednesday 1 topping special???Guess I'll go to bed hungry next time lol

I work with an airline and we got in the city real late. Surprised this place was open. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak at 1.30am. Loved it. It was delicious. Definitely recommending it and ordering from this again since our crews come in every day?
Horrible customer service. I ordered from the app as I always do, and used a coupon quoted at 23.99, after picking all my items it came up to $34. I called and the owner told me I had to have a physical printout or bring my phone up to the store. People place delivery orders for a reason genius, I have Covid and I’m trying to keep you safe, now you’ve lost a good paying customer, learn your coupons. Here’s your proof

However we ordered a full order of wings and received 8 wings, all drums and they were not the wings we usually get from there and we’re absolutely awful and breaded and soggy. I work somewhere also affected by the chicken wing shortage but for $17 for 8 wings that were inedible was very sad.

Pizza was 20 minutes after time given on line to be ready. People parked car in alley so I couldn't park. Pizza was good pizza wasn't cut through. Daughter was visiting from Virginia. I wasn't impressed! The workers were busy.
