If you like managers with 0 level customer service skills, you'll love this place. Darn shame, my wife loves their ice cream. She use to go there twice a week. Now drives further for the customer service.

An older lady prepared my ice cream without gloves and grabbed the kit kats with her bare hands about 5 minutes ago. If she did that in front of me what would she do behind doors?
This Cold Stone is the best they always make sure to give generous portions and are quick at their job. Highly recommend! It does get very busy on the weekends and evenings so keep that in mind when going for a visit.

Very disgusted with the manager Janice's attitude. I ordered Love it size chocolate ice cream with brownie in it through DoorDash. When the ice cream got to me, I found two long dark hairs in it. I am a BLONDE. When I called the manager to let her know the situation, she told me she didn't understand how this could be true, her employees have their hair up. I didn't ask for a refund, I had already gotten one through DoorDash, I was simply informing her, to avoid this happening again. She was extremely rude on the phone, I will NOT ever visit this location or order from them again!!! I would give no stars
I have been to other locations before but not here at the Greene. I had dinner nearby and even though it was winter and cold outside, I could not resist the temptation to get some Cold Stone. I love the French vanilla ice cream with almonds and oreo mixins, and that is what I had. Sometimes I mix in caramel syrup or health bar or other flavors. The staff was very friendly.
