Excellent ice-cream, super slow and uninspiring service. The upper management needs to visit this location, I've visited it twice in two days (Cold Stone is by far my favorite ice-cream) and the service was super slow, the young folks working there were not trained properly (they habitually broke the clients' ice-cream cups, then they'd just scoop up the ice-cream and put it in a new one, not to mention the dirty, slippery floors where they were working. There seems to be no leadership at this location, and they still seem to cater to the online orders while there's a long line inside the parlor (just turn off the flipping Door-Dash, never understood Door-Dashing ice-cream anyway, wouldn't it arrive all liquified?). Just imagine how much better this would be with the proper training and management in place, I've personally witnessed at least a dozen people come in, gauge the speed of the line, then leave. I'll personally take a little break from the Banana Caramel Crunch and the Strawberry Blonde for a little while and hope that something will be done in the meantime.

Just wanted to update my review: After not receiving a callback concerning my complaint, I drove the half hour to address my issue directly. The young man working as manager contacted his boss and immediately compensated me. I am always satisfied when he takes care of me. Hopefully he finds a career elsewhere.First time was great, so I returned. Second time, bought 2 pints to take home. The girl piled it on about 4 inches above the container and then pushed the lid on so that all the extra ice cream oozed does the sides my entire 30 minute ride home.Third time, I arrived home and snuggled in with Netflix and my quart of Pineapple Upside Down cake ice cream. I opened the lid and wth?..$12 for a half filled container; reference attached picture. I called the store and was told there was no manager. Why do I need a manager? I paid for a product that I clearly didn't get! My number was taken and I was assured I would receive a call the next day. When 9 pm arrived with no call or voicemail, I again called the store. This time I was told my number had been erased, that I was told he was writing down? Lol Day 3, still have not received that promised call. This location is a joke. I'm not even going to go into the other 3 issues I had. I just want what I paid for. Where is the manager for this store?
Working at a petitioner, sat down outside for a moment to have a drink and organize my things.Someone came out and handed me a bottle of water like I was homeless and told me to leave.I left right away but feel a little insulted over the bottle of water
