The food was really tasty. You still can't dine in but the drive thru time was adequate and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely be returning.

I ordered a 2 piece snack and a 3 piece combo both meals had under cooked chicken. I kept my receipt and showed pictures of the red/pinkness inside the chicken and the manager told me “I was full of it” and obviously didn’t believe me.
This Church's is pretty good. It's one of about 3 I'm the Dayton area. I have not had a problem with the service but once, they forgot my jalapeno peppers. The next time I went, the worker did remember thoughKinda far from the west side and downtown but the chicken is usually hot and fresh. And it can get busy at times but they'll get you through the line
Place is trash they messed up on my order... tried to call went right to fax machine.. Don't go unless you want a bad order. Gave a tip. On top of everything. I don't live close. But I spent $45⁰⁰. Check your order before driving back to Beavercreek.. FreshWay and JJ'sFish are the only thing I'll order from here on out..
I think their prices are a bit high... What a tasty treat tho' huh!! The Church's on Dixie Dr. Is great!! It's never been too greasy or taste& smell like 'time to drain the fryer'?. It's nice and done with good timing that the skin is not too hard, not too chewy... Perfect.?? How about those Honey biscuits. ???mmm???
I love this place !! The chicken and sides are always fresh and hot, the service is fast, friendly and accurate and most of all....no bulletproof glass between the customer and employee which is a safe feeling for people when they come to eat. I hope their service stays the same and is one reason why I drive all the way from Kettering to eat there.
Went around 3pm. Was told it was a 20 min wait on chicken they was cleaning fryers. We waited, drove 25 min back home only to find disgusting chicken. Wasnt nice & crunchy as usual. It was dark brown, almost black in some spots like they thru in fryer to reheat. Or used old grease. Seeing its 25 min drive each way we didnt return it. But if we do go back ill be checking for now on cause it tasted as bad as it looked. Like old grease.
My first issue is that there was no spicy chicken available. I would expect that if it was later during the day but I would think that I came early enough before the dinner rush. My second issue is that when I got home I discovered that the two mashed potatoes that I ordered to go with my 10-piece meal was not in either bag. If I had not ordered okra and biscuits we would have had no sides at all. Half of our family doesn't even eat okra so they didn't get any sides. She asked me what sides I wanted and I ordered two mashed potatoes and gravy which is on the receipt, but I am confused as to why it says only one when I ordered two mashed potatoes with the meal and the extra large okra as an additional side. My third issue is that the chicken tasted like it was not seasoned at all. I had to drown it in hot sauce to give it any flavor at all. I haven't used hot sauce on my chicken since I was a teenager, and I'll be 41 on the 15th! The drinks that I ordered were handed to me with the soda dripping all over the sides from being overfilled. They didn't even attempt to wipe the cups off before handing them to me and it was spilling out of the lid. I had to ask for napkins to wipe them off myself. Missing the two large orders of mashed potatoes really ruined the dinner because half of the family didn't have a side to go with their chicken. I'm giving 2 stars because the service was fast, the biscuits were good, and the drive thru worker was friendly.
My favorite location they always have fresh food when I go. I don't go often but when I do the food is good and my order is accurate.
