(From Cleveland) This is usually the only location I go to when in Dayton because of the (below) bad experience with N. Dixie location. NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered a 10pc mixed and biscuits, with (3) 3pc tender meals. The food was horrible and well over priced for it's quality. Everything tasted of old grease, cooked under a broken exhaust, and the biscuits were undercooked. Other items I requested, they were out of - because management didn't order. According to one employee, the manager was not there...??? I should've waited until I got closer to a small town outside of Cleveland. I was so disappointed with this experience, it literally left a bad taste in my mouth towards this food chain, as limited as they are
I ordered a chicken sandwich , 3 extra biscuits and a 3 piece meat meal with lemonade and mashed potatoes. I spent a little over 20 dollars and waited 30 minutes from placing order to receiving food. The wait time is always horrible here and most of the time they are out of food. They gave me the drink with ice , after asking for no ice. I didn’t care a whole lot about that but was told it would be 5 minutes then waiting 5 minutes and being told 5 more minutes then waiting 15 more minutes was frustrating. I am happy that I didn’t have anywhere to be or I would be mad for the wait. They did not offer anything or an apology for the long wait. They said it would be 5 minutes for biscuits at the checkout but ended up being 25 minutes. I mean at the end of the day , I love church’s so I will come at a time that I got no plans. The chicken sandwich was so good, you would slap ya momma. From the Mayo on the sandwich to the perfectly cooked chicken to the hint of honey in the bun was perfect. I have went 5 times Prior to my visit and they was out of sandwich . Lord , I see why . The same was 3.99 and you would give a kidney for it. I mean the sandwich, It deserves 5 stars.

Went out of my way to stop there on my way back to Indiana, and they were out of biscuits, spicy chicken, and just ghetto. The chicken I did purchase was good tho...
I tried Church's spicey chicken sandwich and was not impressed or disappointed. It didn't have a enjoyable kick that I like but that may be fine for some. The chicken was pleasantly most and not dry like some of the other chicken sandwiches I've tried. So All in all I give the sandwich a solid 4.
It's an Experience u never know if it's going to be Bad or Good. U just got to Cross ur Fingers in Dayton Ohio. Most if ur go early before they get tired or they ready for a Crack Break ur Fine...Good Luck!!
I had a good experience here at Church's chicken. Food was good and service was fast but they couldn't tell me how to get coupons for discount on there items
Didn't have anything at 7pm. No chicken, no tenders. They sold out. Tuesday special. My favorite chicken.
Horrible service pulled us up for chicken waited over 20 minutes walked in to see about my order an another lady was complaining because she had not received her order an she ordered after I did she had a total of 4 wings with her order an I had 3 so by the time I give them my receipt there is no more wings so now we have 2 wait another 20 mins at this point we dont care about the food anymore just give us our money back and hire people who knows how to comprehend and do their job as trained will not be returning until they get their crew together very disappointed ☹️
All of the food was hot and fresh. Wish they had spicy on hand. The would of made it perfect
