Food was decent enough aside from wilted lettuce, but the service was a bit rough, especially for having 4 people in the prep area. Same girl put all the ingredients on, I said guac 4 times loud enough for the lady in front of me to notice. Never got any guac and the wrapping of the burrito was poor at best. Fell apart the second I took off the foil. Gonna give bubbakoos some extra business next time.
Today, February 22, 2022Ordered the chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, pico de, green sauce, corn and sour cream with a large bag of chips to go for lunch. It cost $13. It had loads of chicken!! It was yummy.....go get ya some. See photoGot a chicken bowl..... there was approximately 1/4 cup chicken and the chips were stale.
I hate when they rush through making your food. 3 different people asking what do you want while getting the person in front and behind you. Food all over the countertop, not changing out gloves properly it was just messy.
I really wanted to private message this and include a picture. But publicly works to. Might want to train your employees to take a little more care on to go orders. My burrito arrived open face. I am at work and can't leave to get napkins or silverware, which were not included. I have literally no way to eat this burrito till I get home. Just please let your employees know they should take a little more care while packaging items.
Won't be returning. The putz who made my order clearly doesn't know how to listen and take an order. Sauce on the side means sauce on the side, not drenched all over my food.
I come to this specific chipotle once every week maybe more. It’s never ever done me wrong, burritos are always 10/10. And the dude with the mustache is one of the best cashiers in the business.
I've been to every Chipotle in the Dayton area and this one is by far the best. It is definitely a noticeable difference. There's always plenty of food ready, it's always fresh and hot, the staff is always very friendly, and the line always moves very quickly. Definitely stands out above the rest. I'm very happy with it overall, and I truly appreciate it.
My husband ordered brown rice chicken queso extra corn cheese bowl and this is what they gave us. I ordered a veggie bowl I got everything I wanted except they added spicy chicken that I cannot eat. This is a reason why I gave one star and the chips I got two bags was totally stale.

I just don't understand why the portion control in the to-go orders is so hit or miss here. If you're going to eat-in here, by all means go for it. If you're getting your food to go through the app, do yourself a favor and drive 10 min up the road to the Greene location.
