They sucked it was busy as I know not they fault... I get up there 3 people on line making my food and when I get to the sauce ? the folks stopped making my bowl. So I stand there waiting (while the 3 line workers are working on the peoples food behind me) and then the cashier (after ringing my food up) looks at me and says does your bowl need anything else... So the cashier finishes my bowl. I go here all the time this is my first bad experience. They also were low on all fixings they didn't get new fixings until people behind me requested they refill.

Out of chicken, beans and veggies. No lettuce or cheese. Short staffed as just one man made orders. Three others were cleaning the stove, clearly not going to cook more food. I only had cash and they said they have no change. I walked out with nothing.

What an great atmosphere, friendly vibe, amazing staff, my host made my food with so much love and passion it was amazing to see this kind of service. Hats off, he even make sure that my container was clean before handing it over to me. Loved it, that staff pays so much attention to small details.

5 staff members visible (one may have been a visitor) , 3 in dining room talking, 1 making food, 1 on register. All in masks, all masks under chin. Little rush comes in, after a bit help finally comes from dining room. Got a little attitude when I asked if whoever was making my meal could pull their mask up. Covid numbers too high for negligence. Why post a sign and not comply yourselves?

Outstanding service! On point with restock, great team effort and communication, thriving with a 8:30 pm rush! They were thriving in chaos! The line was filled, with dining full, and carryout being put on a shelf! This team was amazing! Can I give them more stars? We literally just stopped recently at another chipotle, not the same story. But out of any chipotle, I would swear by this store! Energy was crazy good! Thank you for amazing service!

Everything I come to miller lane Chipotle. The rice is never properly cooked.every bite has hard rice. the steak is never properly cooked. It's by far the worst one in the area to go to. I do not recommend

Went into the location smiling and polite to everyone, waited in line for about 30 minutes, and started a large order.Halfway through the order they tell me they have no cheese and then ask if that's okay. I change the order since most of what I ordered had lots of cheese on it. A few seconds later, they run out of the meat I chose for half the order. I have to change my order again. I do so without complaint. I get back to my place and the kids meals I ordered have no fruit or chips (I ordered fruit) in them. So half the six people I ordered for didn't get what they wanted - their orders are incomplete, and completely different from what I went in for.I paid $56 for like $40 worth of food. Not all the food purchased was even included in the meal. And to top it off the cashier finishes up by saying, "Hey thanks for coming in, buddy."Understaffed, not enough basic materials to complete basic orders as advertised, long line, long wait, incomplete order, and worst of all a complete lack of basic professionalism.By the way, the phrase is, "Thank you for coming in this evening, Sir!"Not "buddy". Not "pal". Not "man"."Sir" - it's called basic polite professionalism. Professional respect. LEARN IT.

I think the Miller Lane Chipotle is possibly the best Chipotle in Dayton!! Great crew. Always fully stocked and the line moves so fast. I drove past two to get to this one.

Waited in line for 45 mins. Before they let anyone know they were out of cheese. They closed the doors at 7:15pm
