There was very little fresh food to choose from, I had request fresh food to be place at buffet. The request only garnered very little food, enough maybe for one serving, in the meantime I watched a family being served (served at a buffet mind you)fresh everything on the menu while I waited for what little I recieved. I feel that I didn't recieve what I paid , very lousy service and poor management. The management showed very little interest in my concerns. Very disappointed! Will not patronize it [email protected]

Yesterday I went to the restaurant for lunch. When the busgirl asked me what kind of drink I would like to have, I told her I would like to have ice water and lemon. She brought me iced water without lemon. I went to the area that they keep all the plates and utensils that cleaned from the tables and asked for some lemon. The busgirl grabbed a small cup with lemon that just been cleaned from the table across my seat! I said to her “No, it’s from customer’s table!” She denied. I gave her my soup bowl and asked for 3 new pieces. A lady behind her gave the lemon to me. On thinking this unprofessional service while eating, my meal became tasteless!

Service and food was really awesome, just make sure if you attend during lunchtime hours to finish your meal before the clock on the wall (which is running fast compared to every phone at the table I was at) says 330pm. We finished our meal at 335 and was charged the extra $6 for the “dinner time rate” (even though we did not receive the dinner time buffet options because they were running behind). After trying to reasonable and asking what they’re specific policy was, she just continued to remind me that the clock on the wall 80ft from the cash register is how they figure out if you receive the lunch time or dinner time rate.

Most of the food was very close to room temperature. I think they may have a problem with their steam tables. I apparently got there too late for lunch, so it cost me $22.00 with hot tea and a soda. SOme of the food was okay, some was tough or even hard to cut with a fork. The worst part is that I finished my meal, paid, and walked next-door to the Firestone store where they were working on my car. I sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and felt a very powerful need to use the restroom. I had explosive diarrhea on and off for about 20 minutes. I had stomach cramps for the next two days. I was just very lucky that I was in Firestone, and not driving home.My family and I used to go here all the time, and nobody ever got sick. But never again, $22.00 to get very sick?!?!?!? minus 5 stars!!!!

Me and my children went here yesterday and seen roaches everywhere by are food as we were sitting at the take the food was very dry and my bill was 61 Dallas then when I get home to check my bank account I see that they had took 75 00 out of my account for a tip and they will not give me my money back that they stole off my card I'm calling the health department too and reporting that they stole more money off my card that I did not approce.Im extremely upset that was money me and my children needed. I don't see how these type of people are a le to get away with this

Looked good, needed a microwave at each table bcz food was not hot, service was rude.Ambiance was nice, food looked good and tasted pretty good. VERY SALTY food and at least our waitress was too. My goodness, I don't speak Chinese but I didn't need to. Their body language and raising voices, slamming things was enough. The waitress was just simply rude and obviously short tempered. I just read on another review that a mouse was seen in the restaurant so with everything else I know I will not go back there!!!

we saw a mouse in the dining room!! literally a mouse it wasn’t a rat but rodents in a restaurant is for sure a red flag it walked between some guys feet sitting down eating. I go there every now and then but after seeing that h**l nah I did pay for my food I ate it all before I saw the mouse so I didn’t wanna be rude but I definitely think health inspection should should take a look.

Not that good but ok. Basically $20 per person for some warm food. Not hot and the food that should ve crunchy is soggy. The taste is ok other then that I probably wont go back.

The food is meh. The hot and sour soup was luke warm.My son and I went Saturday at 330 for the dinner/ crab legs. I'd forgotten how uncomfortable that time is in this particular restaurant, because they bring one pan of the crab legs out about 3:30 for the dinner crowd but there are still lunch time people there eating. It gets hostile very fast. These Asian ladies start raising their voices and attacking patrons at tables and talking about them in Chinese.Every. time. I watched as this little Asian girl went table to table asking people if they were eating dinner because they had picked up crab legs. One table by us said no and suggested she take away the plate of crab legs they just sat down with.. which she did and then she threw them in the garbage.Another table with a Hispanic family didn't seem to speak English and they didn't understand what she said...which seemed to cause her to flip into hyper vigilance mode as if speaking louder and pointing to the crab legs on the table might win the battle. It was, a lot.I totally understand they don't want people paying $8 for a lunch and getting the $16 crab leg dinner option... And the location of this place suggests they probably get a lot of people trying to do just that.(Dense population..very busy area, people eating all day long...)The crab legs are the only addition to the buffet after 3:30... But there has to be a better way to do that.. maybe seat diners for dinner in a different reserved part of the restaurant? I don't know but it's a very hostile and accusatory 10 minutes from 330 to 340 the way it works now. They go through all the effort of protecting those crab legs and yet we were there for an hour and a half after waiting for them to bring out crab legs the first time...in that time they only brought out three pans total... So even if you paid full price for the dinner so you could get crab legs most people couldn't even get them without waiting a long time. I didn't see them offer those diners the lunch price when only lunch items were available.?I feel bad for these women. They seem overworked and under appreciated. But I won't go back again (said that two years ago after my last last trip ?).The irony....I don't even eat crab legs!!!! Lol

Food was pretty much terrible. I won’t be coming back to this location. Fish was dry, and everything was flavorless besides the terryiaki chicken which was too strong. This is definitely the worst Chinese I’ve ever had.
