Absolutely the best service and food we have had in a long time. Even had the manager come to our table to let them know they were doing so great. The food was cooked to perfection. Picture perfect actually which is rare for restaurants. Food came out hot, fresh, and quick.
My family and i love chilis and they’re usually really good with everything but this time we did a curb side and they forgot our chips and queso and didn’t put anything on the corn and it was very dry. The chicken salad was different and not as good. Will definitely be going back but just a bad experience.
845 at night. Looking for a place open on a Sunday. Chilis is open till 10. We eat at this location at least once a week. We got there at 850 and the dining room was locked. Note on the door said limited seating due to staffing. So we decided to get carry out. We stood in the carry out room for 5 min until a girl came and said I'll be right with you. She walked out and came back in and said. " we need to make this quick we decided to close early" With that attitude, we left. We will never eat here again. Incredibly rude thing to say to 5 loyal customers.
They literally served me ice cold, when I say ice cold I mean ice cold, mashed potatoes. Stuck my finger in it and the middle was basically frozen. I let the waitress know and she didn’t even seem concerned and said “oh we just took those out”. Then went back and got me more that were actually hot. All I can say is I’m so shocked they would even try to serve ice cold mashed potatoes. And she didn’t seem happy it was addressed even though I brought it up nicely. Steak was great though !
I understand about labor shortages at this time, but to be ABSOLUTELY, COMPLETELY IGNORED for 15+ minutes after we came in the door has to be one of the worst things I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Not a single person even looked our way or acknowledged us at all.

HOSTESSES DID AN ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL JOB EVEN WITH AS BUSY AS THEY WERE! Wonderful service and quick kitchen staff! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!
The atmosphere wasn't bad. Food was pretty good. Kind of expensive, but i hadn't been in a long time. Staff was minimal, so service was meh. Ended up just leaving without getting a to go box because the waiter just never came back.
The service was excellent and the food was amazingly good ! Will definitely eat there again.
Yummmmmmm! My boyfriend said the ribs were better than the ribs at Eighteen at the Radisson. My margherita grilled chicken was amazing. The corn on the cob had my two year old busy the whole time. Definitely my new fav restaurant.
