Ok...during today's visit I had to try their mac n cheese. THE BEST ive ever had. Real cheese (cheddar and other), thick, not the typical cheez whiz flavor. The dark parts are well-done cheese...love it. And again, that awesome frozen lemonade. Added pics this time.Another visit...I tried their frozen lemonade today and it was amazing!! It's creamy like a milkshake, not frozen lemonade. It reminds me of a lemon creamsicle, or even a lemon frosting flavor. A perfect balance of lemon and sweet, with a hint of vanilla. I should've taken a picture but I drank it too fast. Sooo good!Excellent food and service!! Every time. Don't let a full parking lot steer you elsewhere...they're fast. Also, try dipping your waffle fries in their chik-fil-a sauce. Yum!
What used to be an amazing establishment has fallen to the times. After waiting the last few visits them forgetting sauces or having bad chicken, I decided to give them another shot tonight. I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes and when I complained there was no attempt to make it better. I still love a good chick fil a but this one is not in my plans for the future.
I wasn't impressed with their customer service. First time their, we placed order online and thought I would go in and pickup the order. First, parking is extremely limited. When I did get into the restaurant and asked for my order, it wasn't ready and they couldn't find it. Having reviewed all the orders in the system, they did find the order where I waited an additional 20 minutes for it. The worst part was, 3 employees were having a good social time behind the counter doing nothing while some employees were over worked. In the end I did get the order and the food was good but I will never order online again
Do NOT go in the third lane, so slow had to wait more than 20 minutes for some chicken. The other lanes went so much faster, would have been a much more enjoyable experience without the third lane
Per usual, this chain doesn't disappoint. We had the pleasure of having Judy to assist us in the dining room during our meal - she is truly a gem! My only complaint is that there is almost zero parking due to them adding so many drive thru lanes. My grandmother is 92 and getting her to the door from where we had to park was quite a challenge.
Had a sandwich to go and while eating at home there was soggy uncooked batter on one side and the chicken inside wasn’t cooked through. I called to let them know and expected at least an offer of a replacement and got none. The kid that answered the phone just kept repeating “Sorry about that.” Over and over. What a shame. I guess they like their money over making it right for the customer.
Prices are ridiculously high for what you get. Wait in line (around 7:30 a.m.) too long, almost 10 minutes. Menu hard to figure out. Was my first time there, will be last... Go to McDonalds use their rewards app and you'll get better for your money.
My husband and I have been coming to this location for years, yes they are busy which makes the lines go slow. I just think the food quality hasn’t been the best lately. It’s a bit disappointing to get home and have a cold sandwich and this happens more often than it should. Their workers are friendly and I’ll still come back lol
Food was good, line was crazy long, but for how busy they were it went quickly. No real complaints here.
Lord help you if you accidentally pull into that parking lot. I was stuck driving in circles apologetically waving to the poor 6 children confined to their wooden order huts. When it was finally my turn to exit the chicken corral maze via the drive thru window, I was greeted with a friendly smile and wave goodbye, despite my lack of patronage. There were no other cars in the line to guide me in my adventure. I felt like a mouse in a maze, sniffing at each parking lot exit that used to exist. I sure hope this coral is temporary, as I believe that the indoor dining room has to be closed, to make all three loops around the building possible.
