Takes longer to get through drive thru since indoor dining. Waffle fries weren't hot but the guy gave me a frosted lemonade even though I paid for a regular. Just miscommunication with my order. Still love Chick-fil-a!!!! ❤
We sat in line for about 20 minutes. We were the last vehicle to order food before they closed for the night. Our food was hot and the staff was very friendly since we had a decent size order. I enjoy going to Chick-fil-a every chance we get. Always happy with the food and service!
We have always enjoyed the food. Today I was shocked because I bought my grandson a 3 strip meal with fries for 6.10. My granddaughter just wanted mac and cheese I was shocked that it cost 6.85. Most sides are around 3.00. I still can't believe her Mac and cheese cost 75 cents more a meal.
Won’t let you order fries with NO Salt. I do not care for salt on my fries due to headaches. I asked and was told they were unable to do it.
We go every week. So glad we can dine in now. We absolutely love the diner worker...Vicki!!! She is so sweet and nice.....funny, always with a smile. The day manager Diane is just as sweet. We knew her from another place she worked, always friendly and always gives hugs too.
Always a great experience.I'd take a look at the way they currently have the drive thru situation set up.Its currently set up to where the door to get in from the lot is right by the flow of traffic.There is a canopy that obstructs clear vision of the cars. There needs to be a mirror up top hanging,, or clear vinyl on the sides. This way as you are approaching the lanes you can see clearly if cars are coming.
Their food is always delicious. The drive through is so efficient. I normally always get nuggets and their fries. Omg! Their sauce is great to put on everything.
This place during a lunch rush has one of the most efficient drive through services. They could be backed up onto the road and still serve you in less than 12 minutes at their worst. Incredible service time and quality. I’m impressed.
I am use to a long line at chick fil a but this time the line was not moving. I had to get out if the drive thru line and change my order to in store pickup. I am not sure if a car just wouldn't move or the order was wrong. But after sitting in the line without moving for 8 minutes I decided it was time to just go in. As always the staff was friendly on the inside and eager to assist.
