Too much meat ? Never. Hot pizza 15 min faster than expected. Awesome. Good thing I wasn’t in the shower or that guy might have been scarred for life … little on the expensive side , but worth every bite.I would have given you another if I was able to tonight. We ordered 3 pizzas to eat in & 2 of them were thw signature "Big Cheese" with edits. The large big cheese waa right the 3rd time they gave it to us. They got the small pepperoni right the 1st time. The medium big cheese was wrong twice. The second medium big cheese, came out as the 2nd attempt at the large big cheese. Needless to say, we did not get to eat at the same time & it took over 45 minutes to get close to what we ordered. A horrible experience & they chamged the crust. So, after all of that. The entire thing that made Cassano's the pizza king is no longer present.
I absolutely love cassano's pizza!! Out of the 3 "Dayton" pizza's this is number 1out of the 3 for me! The crust is salty and thin, edged to edge toppings, comes out HOT! give it a minute or you will burn your mouth.You can't go wrong with the pepperoni & cheese! May I suggest add extra cheese!! You will not regret this small upcharge.The BBQ chicken and pineapple is freaking awesome!!!This is the BEST deluxe pizza hands down! You have to try it!!!La prova è nel gusto... Can't do half stars so I'm rounding up.Pros: Friendly staff, cut into bite sized pieces which is great for eating on the run. Good taste.Cons:. Crust was a little more salty than I like (wasn't bad though)
Really like Cassanos pizza grew up in Dayton eating Cassanos. Don’t order it real often but I had my grandchildren tonight and thought I would treat them to some Cassanos pizza. It was by far the worst Cassanos pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Got it at the Cassanos on Miller lane. it was a cheese pizza, how can you mess that up?! Because they are small they like cheese pizza and I got them the chocolate chip cookie thing. So disappointed. Don’t know if I’ll visit that one again.

I'm not sure if the Pizza was better in 1978 or in 2021? Either way I got Cassonos in my top 3 pizza places in the Dayton area.
