Out of the past six times I’ve been there, ordering a white chocolate Milky Way almond milk with no whip seems to be an issue! Four of the six times I have had to hand my drink back to the window and reiterate to them I ordered “white” chocolate. That being said, today, June 11, 2022 approximately 3:40 PM I order the same drink on ice as usual, plus one hot of the same thing. I tell the girl at the window (Sierra) to please make sure it is white chocolate because so many times already I have had to hand it back to them due to a lack of attention to detail. At this point she has the audacity to tell me she knows how to do her job and so does her workers! Well if that was the case Sierra, why have I just chalked it up to a mistake, handed it back and waited patiently for the right beverage to be made AGAIN. Now I don’t typically complain but after today’s interaction I feel as though it is absolutely necessary. Not only is it necessary but maybe corporate can take a look at the cameras which my hope is they also have the entire interaction in sound because at the pick up window once she handed me my beverages I told her it was rude of her to say that and that I was only trying to emphasize the fact that I wanted white chocolate so many times in the past, also without complaining and yet they have still messed my order up. At which point she said my comment was rude slammed the window shut and walked away… OK, if it wasn’t for the fact that Boston Stoker has the best coffee around I would never be back. If it wasn’t for the fact that my wife, myself as well as my kids and many of my fellow UPS employees purchase a lot of coffee from the store but more importantly I simply hope corporate sees this and deals with the issue immediately. In no way shape or form was there any sort of Customer Service kept in mind by Sierra during this interaction. In no way shape or form that I get out of line and just emphasizing what I wanted in order to get my order right the first time! Sierra if you can’t deal with a simple request from a customer who has been done wrong so many times in the past but your location and you specifically then maybe it’s time you find a different job and/or a line of work. Customer is paying six dollars a cup of coffee should be treated with respect and gratitude. A little Customer service goes a long way, your attitude does the opposite
The baristas are so kind and welcoming when you walk into the space. I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most delicious coffee I've ever had, and I experiment a lot with various coffees. I told them my preference of how I like my coffee, and they were happy to cater to my needs, and also the caramel latte I ordered was BUTTERY!!! I could taste the rich caramel flavor, and the next few days after I went, all I could think about was that latte. It is high quality coffee and for me, a traveler looking for a quick caffiene break, it was the perfect pick-me up.

They are always out of large cups so I get 2 smalls and pay for a large ..This girl didn't even fill it up a third of the way and I tipped the other batista..Even though this is right by my house I'll never go backLETS GO BRANDON
I tried to explain my order (the same order) I get all the time to the cashier but she kept on trying to tell me instead of just listening. I use to like their coffee when they gave better service but I'm going back to Starbucks. They provide good service and great coffee at STARBUCKS!
Had the Milky Way from the extended menu and an apple turnover. Both were delicious. The music and atmosphere was fun and inviting, and the customer service was great!
I ordered a large drink with light ice. I order light ice because I sip on my coffee all day and it gets watered down. This is the second time they served it half full. I love the taste but I can’t justify spending full price for a large when I only get a small, it’s tacky and I can’t go back…

The coffee here is the best around. However most of the worker act like it’s their goal to make you as uncomfortable as possible. They are so unbelievably rude. Also the drive-through is a joke because no matter how loud you screen (I mean with your whole heart) they will never be able to hear you.
Absolutely love the iced grogg latte with an extra shot of espresso.
