I came here to pick up an order and I understand they are busier then usual, however I have now been here for 1 hour and still have not been helped by any staff members. They looked at the group of us and have just ignored everyone. We have tried to directly make contact and have been ignored to they walk away from us. The staff in the kitchen is cussing and yelling about every order. This is by far the worst experience I have ever seen given within a restaurant. I do not recommend coming here especially if you have kids. They are not family friendly.
We had a great breakfast with family. Literally could sit and drink their cappuccino all day. Everything was clean and I love that they are obviously still trying to maintain some social distancing.
There was no cook. Manager kept seating customers even though he knew there was at least a 30 minute wait for food. Today was the worst I've experienced. Took 45 minutes to an hour to get served; pancakes! I know this is a rotten sign of the times but something needs to be done. Start with not seating people knowing it will take an indefinite amount of time before they may be served.
Food was not whst we consider Bob Evan quality. Very short staffed. The staff did take off my dads meal off the bill due to meal was not very good. Personally will not go back to bob evans. We used to love it and would be our place to eat of choice . We eat there only when we trqvel. We were in dayton for family funeral.
Went to the one on Dorothy lane tonight the rolls were hard as rocks grilled cheeses was on stale bread and not melted . Chicken tenders were bad and it was all cold! Bob evans has went way down hill

Food was good. If you do pick up make sure all food is there before you leave. Lost out on 2 order because i was in a hurry and didnt check.
Short handed but that's not the issue, I am willing to wait for good food and friendly service. The food was cold and burnt, I'm not sure how that happens?♀️. We did not complain, just didn't eat it and we paid for it. The waitress came over and jerked the plates of the table and snapped at me. I will never go back.
Went to Bob Evans with family in town and out of town for Brunch. We were surprised how this service was good even though we knew they were short staffed because of COVID. Everyone ordered what they wanted, there were no complaints, coffee was fresh and hot. Overall had a good time and a great Brunch
Last 3 times literally have been such a negative experience . I asked for white gravy they brought turkey gravy, took back and actually put white gravy over top of the brown gravy ...ON MY BISCUIT ..ewww! made the best of it ...other times unfortunately food was terrible .being so short of staff is really affecting businesses sadly...im a Bob Evans fan for sure but gotta pass ever again at this location
