The Korean flavors made my day. I was surprised at how friendly the staff was. One we got our food, the atmosphere was pleasant and the Kimchi blended nicely with the yumyum and other sauces. Will venture here again!

Good food good prices! Unfortunately had a bit of a wait do to a lot of Togo orders being made 1st. Also took the miso soup out for the day shortly after arriving & out of quite a bit of food & ice? Normally everything is stocked & good. Hoping to change my review with a better experience next time.

Great food! A nice experience for the price too. I paid like 9$ for my bowl. Gluten free, dairy free.If you like heat but not TOO much, get the spicy chicken bowl. I understand spice is a subjective thing, so I would get the sauce on the side to control it more.

This location NEVER puts enough rice ("the base") in the bowl or adequate servings in general. It's truly disappointing because customers spend quite a bit of money on BIBIBOP. I would NOT recommend this location under any circumstances. I have experienced inconsistency from this location multiple times which has led up to my review today. Usually, I check my bowl before I leave or drive back to the store to request more ingredients but I did not have the time nor the energy to do it today. The employees did not acknowledge me when I walked towards the cash register-- I assumed someone would anticipate it was a pickup order but I should not have made that assumption. Furthermore, they did not call my name to verbalize that my food was ready as I patiently waited while sitting in front of them.I may need to start driving further out to the Centerville location. This location could benefit from training in so many different ways. The employees seem to be experiencing burnout or stress from lack of support. Maybe they could benefit from incentives and/or higher pay as motivation.

Placed an online order. Went to pick it up and the order wasn’t made. Everyone acted so confused about the situation. They had to grab someone from the back to find the order online for me. Then everyone acted very inconvenienced that they had to make my order that they didn’t make in the first place. Once I checked our order, it was wrong. We went back in to have them remake it as 2 out of the 3 bowls were wrong. The person who made our bowls said it wasn’t their mistake and walked away. The manager was walking around cleaning up and didn’t once acknowledge us. And not one staff member apologized. We get mistakes happen. But from the time we walked in the door to get our food it was terrible service. Only left 2 stars because the food was good once it was right.

Bibibop is like Asian Chipotle style if ordering/making your bowl. This location can get busy due to its location. Parking is available behind the building or across the street. The food is really good the chicken is fresh so is the vegetables. The YUM YUM sauce is very tasty. I highly recommend it for easy to order, fresh tasty food

The inconsistency in the bowls which essentially have the same thing, except one is steak and one is chicken and the same price is ridiculous. Very dissatisfied with those transaction that I placed online for pick up.

My wife had an order for pick up after a Dr's Appointment on 4/6/22. My wife's order number was 8944 2255 426 02752. She ordered a chicken bowl and received no chicken lol. My wife called to rectify the situation and one of your fellow employee's who answered the phone was rude and pretty much summed up the conversation as we don't have time for this right now and hung up the phone. We won't be back, management might want to have a refresher course in customer service
