After waiting 25 minutes in line they got my order wrong. No big deal. I tell them I'm missing part of my order at the window they notify me I was only charged for one. I offer to pay for the 2nd one and they say they can't help me and that I have to go back through the drive through. Normally no big deal if it was for me but it was for my kids. The manager I dealt with on top of it did not care and refused to give me a number to call to make a complaint. I asked for the district managers name and was given it. Very poor management I will not go back.

This location is better than Mogadore Rd, but I honestly don't know what's going on with Wendys. The place is always nice and tidy, but I think the problem is with the management. There was one person who was obviously new, but that person wasn't quite sure what she had to do and there was no one to guide her. The manager was busier on Tik Tok. The new employee definitely wanted to do things right but it's hard if you don't have someone to guide you. I honestly felt bad for that person because I understand how hard it is to find employees nowadays. Take care of your employees and they will take good care of the customers

If you would like your food to be anywhere near what you order I would suggest going elsewhere. This Wendy's is ran by people who obviously do not care about quality or even accuracy. Sorry excuse for a Wendy's, I've gotten better service and quality at McDonald's. And apparently the chocolate frosty machine has been broken for at least a month. So save your money and go somewhere else, cause again, this Wendy's is a joke.

Apparently no one can take drive thru orders on a Sunday? Waited for over 5 minutes at the speaker with no one aknowledging that we were waiting. Pulled up to the window to be told by the person at the window they don't take orders. Also told the wait was due to the dining room being open? Grabbed Journey (the manager???) who lapped the building to come back and say she will grab someone who can take an order. No thank you. Went for MCnuggets instead.

The person who took my order was nice, but the decibel of the speaker was set to concert level.The person who took my money couldn't talk to me because his manager was hollering at him about a previous customer.Fries were lukewarm at best.My burger was incredibly greasy, the bacon was horribly chewy, the bun was rock hard, and my soda was mostly carbonation.If you can avoid this particular Wendy's, I strongly suggest it. I hope the parking lot crows enjoyed my meal.

Slow AF service, waiting over 10 minutes for a simple burger is ridiculous

Terrible terrible. Last night I went for something quick and hot to eat. Line moved pretty fast. I only had about 6 fries and 3 nuggets instead of 6 and I got really sick ?? I will not be back to this location.

Let's learn to actually pay attention to what people order in stead of freaking you mild and playing on your phone. When you mess up 40 dollars worth of food, happy meals for kids, how do you mess up this much this often. Wendy's was the place to go for some grub, not anymore highly disappointed. As a former employee, don't buy anything from here. These people don't care about food safety. Their cooler table that holds condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese, does not work. They found a solution of using ice to keep it cool, but they don't replace the ice through out the day, so these things are sitting there in warm temperatures practically all day. That thing constantly breaks.There was a time when the walk in cooler broke and was not keeping temp. The health inspectors discovered it. We were instructed to throw everything out and to get it fixed. Instead of throwing everything out, they just moved out the product, including meat, to another store and then put it back when the walk in cooler was fixed and served it to customers. These are things that have been outside of the safe temp zone for hours. The walk in cooler constantly breaks, so this isn't a one time thing.Not to mention that this store does not follow proper hold procedures, so you better hope that the chicken and meat is selling fast because otherwise you will get chicken that is sitting there for hours and meat that is dryer than the Sahara desert.If you think drinks are safe, you have another thing coming. The nozzle that shoots out drinks is rarely ever cleaned. So I hope you enjoy drinking out of a nozzle that has weeks or months worth of goo on it.Nobody washes their hands, apparently putting on gloves is enough protection from germs and if you're lucky, they will change their gloves between tasks.Also, if you are wondering why your order is taking so long, it's because people don't feel like it. They play around on their phone or walk away from their position to play around. Literally seen people sit on the counter and play on there phones while being the sight of a customer in his car waiting for food. And yes, they don't change gloves between touching their phone and work.I could go on, but you get my point. I'm not making this stuff up. I'm writing this because I don't want some elderly person to die from food poisoning because this place to take the minimal effort to follow proper food safety procedures.

2 weeks later update:got a gift card for wendys… so revisited the place. They certainly hired more people, whom were all very nice and pleasant to interact with, I was greeted as a soon as I pulled up and my order was taken… I mean… it was like going to a different store! Whatever they did, keep it up!Wow. This place is surprisingly terrible. There can literally be not a single car in the parking lot or line and you will be asked to wait several minutes before they take your order. Never in my life have I experienced as slow service. I wish I was exaggerating or kidding but I really am not. Ive tried to eat here several times over the last year and EACH time have gone somewhere else because of the wait.
