Not sure why some people don't like this place. I tried their pizza a few months ago and had the best NY style pizza I've ever had outside of NYC. Spot on with the sauce and the toppings and crust. Amazing. This is my go to pizza spot now in the akron area. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Love this spot!! Great local joint with a big selection. Highly recommend their meatballs, and the pizza is excellent too. Truthfully haven't had a bad item here and always look forward to getting food from this place.
We’ve ordered several times and our food is always excellent and the service really sets the place apart compared to the level of service at just about everyplace you go. If you like shopping local with the knowledge that the owner and employees take pride in their work the. You’ll enjoy this restaurant. We like to that we can all customize our dinner to our taste with create your own pizza and pasta!(For the best experience pick it up yourself instead of using a delivery app.)
Pizza, delicious. Wings, yum. Fried Chicken and jojo’s, amazing. Flavors are great- prices are a tad bit more than some, but so worth it.
Excellent food, affordably priced. The staff is awesome, I frequent here for lunch 2-3 times a week. Parker who works up front and answers the phone is great, when I call to place my order I’m usually greeted by name. I tell everyone to try this place if they want great pizza.
We had the Philly pizza, a pepperoni pizza for the kids and their cheesy bread, everything was delicious! Have tried their pasta and their other special pizzas in the past and have never been let down. Great prices also! Big John is the best too!
Amazing service!!! I called well after 10pm (after a long graduation ceremony at EJ). I wanted to be clear that we were all starving, having come from work right to the graduation, but I also wanted them to know we had a party of 11 and we would understand if they couldn't handle a large group a little more than an hour to their close. Jared forewarned me they were a little short handed but insisted we should all still come even if he couldn't seat us together he would do his best. Arrived maybe 10 minutes later and he greeted us, told me if we hold on about 5 more minutes he had a party that just left and they were cleaning it up and putting tables together for us. In the meantime, he explained the beer wall and we got content! Hugely spirited guy, Jared got us all hooked up with drinks, water, extra chairs for the tables. we tried to keep it as simple as possible when ordering, but there were so many awesome menu options to decide on and we had never been there before. We all ended up with various pizzas and some Cajun and garlic parm fries. Food came out excellent and truthfully the service was second to none....it puts other local places to shame for sure! We will definitely be back.
I have tried this place a couple of times and overall it is just average. I have had both their pizza and calzone. The traditional pizza crust is very flat and bland, almost no edge crust, almost as thin as I would expect an actual "thin crust" pizza to be. The only advantage of the crust being so cardboard-y is that it isn't greasy. The sweet sauce is good and I much prefer it over their "twisted" sauce. They are generous with the amount of toppings on the pizza, however only the center slices of the calzones contain a very sparse amount of fillings, and the outer slices are just plain dough. They do not put much cheese on the pizza, which I personally am fine with but some people may find disappointing, also it was barely melted and overall the pizza seemed a bit under-cooked. I usually expect local spots to be much better than the regional or national chains but for me personally, this place misses the mark.
Ordered 2 pizzas tonight off their website, was told 35-45 minutes. Called after about an hour and ten minute wait. Was told that our pizza wasn't there so it must be in route. Arrives at about an hour and a half, Luke warm. The meat on both the pepperoni and cheese steak were both dried out and chewy. This is was very disappointing especially for almost $40 after tip.
For our group of over 25, Jerrod was on top of everyone’s order. He even remembered everyone’s name! The kitchen staff got everything perfect, and the service overall was amazing. Quick and efficient. No one waited on food. Will be going back. Highly satisfied!
