This is for the north canton location. Apparently they don’t like negative reviews. Nothing to recommend. You get up to smoke and your drinks go away. Even when you got an open tab. Get ignored by bartenders friends and a door dasher before getting a drink. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Jerzees is coming to north canton soon from what I heard and they care about customers. Wish puckers was open later. But yeah. Will not give this place any more money. Shame they got good food. The valley location is great. North canton has serious issues.
We visited last night and had the best time. Our food was amazing! We each ordered pizza and an appetizer and everything came out hot and delicious. We sat at the bar, and our server, Dean, was attentive and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back.
Huge food menu and good beer selection too. Prices aren't bad and everything I've had there has been delicious though the service was a little slow outside on the patio, but they were pretty busy so not too unexpected.The main thing that was a negative was how terrible the parking lot was! I rode my motorcycle there and the potholes and huge ruts and everything plus some loose gravel on top of asphalt made it super sketchy with the bike

Great Food..great service...but horrible wine selection. Not everyone wants beer. Barefoot wine is all they offer. Anything is better than that brand. What about Sutter Home or Beringer?

The food is great, the atmosphere is great, the place is always packed. The owner has to be making money. Why not spend some of that money on the parking lot? There are giant holes throughout it and if I didn't have a truck I feel like I would get stuck or damage my vehicle. Would love to rate 5 stars but the parking lot is the worst I've ever seen.
Great beer. Good food. Unfortunately very poor service experience with Maya. We sat outside late afternoon early evening on Mother's Day, appeared to be a pretty slow time. Maya did not smile even once, She forgot about my 5-year-old's drink, also forgot about my side salad. Never offered me a second beer when I was clearly finishing up the first one. Never took one single dish out of our way throughout our time there. Taking care of the bill at the end was very awkward. I wasn't presented a physical bill and when I asked to see it I was only given option to view it on a handheld device with a very tiny screen and she scrolled through it rather quickly, I was told she would print a physical copy after I paid. After the fact I was then surprised with an added charge for "cheddar" on my side salad and a separate processing fee. As we were finishing up I noticed multiple tables having to ask our same server for their tables to be wiped off because they were still dirty from previous customers. Again good food, almost always is at this location but a very unfortunate service experience.
Usually I enjoy the food but this time I did a online order asking for “extra seasoning on wings while cooking” (not the first time). I go home and open the box and this is what I receive. It looked like the cook drowned the wings in seasoning and then put more on top when done. I decided to still give it a chance to eat and I absolutely couldn’t eat it because all it taste like was pepper and as if I coughed I would cough out seasoning, it was very bad and I couldn’t even eat nor enjoy food that I paid for.Also I waited in the bar for about 20-25 minutes standing next to the kitchen seeing people walk in and out of the kitchen and each time I’d get told “someone will be right with you..” but I’ve been told this about 5 different times by different employees. Nobody never asked me the name of my order nor was the place busy at all so I just was not understanding on the wait and the food was disgusting and I think the cook did it on purpose, sure of it.
First time here. We enjoyed our dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Fun and lively atmosphere, plenty of televisions to view many sports! We will definitely be coming back
