Get Moe's instead. Didn't get the app order because an item was out of stock and they refuse to substitute. Didn't get a refund for the app order because they 'can't refund or cancel online orders'. Called customer service and they are only open 4 days a week from 8am-4pm, so still didn't get a refund. I paid twice for the same order and have to wait 3 days to attempt to get a refund. How is this even possible? How in the actual hell can you not cancel an order that you never give to the customer?
Been going to this taco bell for years and it hasn't shown any improvements. The drinks are ALWAYS out of syrup so we get basically colored seltzer water. The food is always covered in sauces from other food items. The burritos are always torn apart of barely even closed, so when we open them, they fall apart. That's all on top of the severely long wait time and unfriendly staff every single time we go. As for tonight's order; burritos completely missing meat. Drinks were entirely missing the actual flavor and looked super off and took over 40 minutes, with of course the excuse being "sorry we are severely understaffed." Meanwhile i saw 4 people there in the kitchen at the time of ordering. Probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to.
My wife went in to get some quick tacos on our way home yesterday. She was surprised to see a kiosk, but she used it to place our order and stood there and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally a young girl came to the counter and asked if she could help her and my wife said "Yes, I'd like to pay cash for my order." The woman said "okay, I'll be right back." Surprisingly, the young girl never returned. So my wife stood there again and waited, and waited, and waited. Another young girl came to the counter and asked her "Can I help you?" and my wife repeated the same answer "Yes, I like to pay cash for my meal." And she added "I already told a young girl and she said she'd be right back, but she never returned." So this young girl finally took her money, handed her a receipt and then my wife stood back with her receipt waiting and watching as she noted someone in the back making tacos for a box. They made 12 tacos and put them in a box and a young man brought them up to the counter, called out a number and my wife went up to the counter and asked "Are those hard tacos?" The young man replied "Yes!" My wife politely told him that she had ordered soft tacos and handed him the receipt. He took the the receipt, looked at it, dropped the receipt on the counter and took the order into the back. At this point my wife had to wait yet again. Finally they came out with a box of soft tacos, as ordered, but at no time did anyone offer an apology. The entire ordeal took about 30 minutes, which is, in my opinion, 20 minutes longer than it should have taken. We had to wonder why management cannot train their staff properly on how to take orders, take payment, fill orders and interact with customers. We'll never order from this place again.
They never get the order right. You order online because it's more convenient. We'll when you get here it's not. Once they confirm order they have you sit at the order menu board so it doesn't start the timer for the window. Only one car Is ever pulled up to the window at a time. I am not sure how taco bell can sustain this model. Raising prices and quality and speed fall by the wayside. It's 2 dollars for a normal taco.... let that sink in
By far, consistently the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They are often not open when the app says they should be, or they're short employees and they can't handle the demand. I understand there are labor shortages, so this is the only thing I'll slightly excuse. They consistently screw up orders - either by not giving you all items you paid for, not honoring any customization requests, or making the food extremely sloppily. I'd say one of those things happens at least 50% of the time I go there. For some reason, the app doesn't allow you to order common things like Cheesy Gordita Crunch or Nacho Fries from this location, even though you can order them through the drive thru. Spend the extra 5 minutes to drive to the State Rd location instead to save yourself the headache.
Michelle is the manager there, and was the absolute WORST to my wife when we tried to refund. Name calling, and her attitude was absolutely unacceptable. This is by far the Worst taco bell location ever. The food is wrong all the time, lack of sauce packets when requested, drinks always taste bitter, poor hygiene from the manager, and the staff are constantly yelled at by the manager. She clearly needs to not be a manager, this location is very run down, terribly ran, and unacceptable. I will never eat at this location ever again.
Manager yelled at me. I just wanted a Diet Coke. There are no cars in the Drive-Thru at all. I thought I could walk up to the window since I was on foot. She refused to serve me. It was a joke. I have not been back since.
Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before they took my order, didn't give me any sauce like I asked for. This location has been terrible for the last few months.
They are rude and they didn’t even give me hot sauce like I asked them nicely. Worst Taco Bell ever
Worst wait times I’ve seen in a drive through. I was the 3rd in line in the drive through and it took 25 minutes for me to get my food.
