Best Subway experience we have had for a long time! We were helped by a very nice sandwich artist with light colored curly hair and glasses on Saturday 4/16/22 at ~6PM. She had an excellent attitude and even offered suggestions on how to make our subs tastier. Our subs were made with care and turned out delicious. It was nice to see that this location pays fairly well (signage inside said starts $15/hr.) and I'm sure that contributed to the people working there being much more engaged. The dining room was spotless and very cheerful. We will definitely be back to this location regularly.
The service is fast and friendly. The food is fresh.
I normally don’t write reviews, especially bad ones, but I’m very annoyed. They change their hours what seems like daily. It is very unreliable when online says one time, the store has a different time posted outside the door and the staff closes at a completely different time. Three different times makes it hard to decipher when they close. Follow one time, it’s simple. All I’m asking for is consistency.
Went there because it said open till 8pm, I get there at 6:30pm and they are closed even though it said open online. I called the subway by Walmart next to pull and the lady said their location closed at 6 even though they also say they are open till 8pm. Unhappy!

I only recently noticed that there was a Subway on the northeast corner of State and Steels Corners. It's very clean and the employees are friendly.

I ordered a simple Ham and Cheese breakfast Flatbread with veggies. Hence I said Ham. When I got to work and opened my Ham and cheese, it had everything on it EXCEPT ham!! I called them and the person said they were busy, took my number and would call me back. Next day I called back. Again, took my number to have a manager call me back. Never received a call. I contacted corporate. They sent me an email saying sorry you didnt get what you ordered, but dont stop buying from us. REALLY?? I paid for ham, and did not get it or even a sincere apology. Never again will I go to Subway.
