I’ve been coming to this subway for about 10 years. It’s always been great.Today I went in , for my usual sandwich, that I order probably twice a week.I always say the same exact thing.“As little mayo as you can manage”This same person, “Jen” has messed this up on multiple occasions. She’s quite rude, and reminds me of a bridge troll from those stories.Today she put easily twice as much mayo as I ask for on the sandwich. I let her know that is too much, and she asks “why don’t you say you want less mayo”I ask for the same thing. Every time. In fact - if you followed up with other employees around, they know my exact order.I told her this.To which she goes full Karen, screaming, and I mean screaming, “get out”, because I asked for my order to be correct.I’ve never seen behavior like this in a work environment, it was the single saddest, most pathetic thing I’ve witnessed.I’ve gone here 10+ years. I graduated from the falls. I will be following up with corporate.To all her co workers - I am so sorry you have to deal with this person, and hopefully it won’t be much longer.
Awesome staff here. 1st time I've every eaten fresh and had great customer service at any subway
Food was made properly but whoever the two girls are at 3:10 today were truly unprofessional! The girl who was about to leave was airing out the company problems, what hadn't been done by previous crew and going on about the 17 batches of cookies to the girl who was trying to make our food up. That isn't the customers business to begin with let alone interrupting the customer to continue speaking. Do the managers know how people are when they aren't around? Do you now have to go over basic manners, couth, social cues?

When you call and ask what time the store closes and you are told 8pm….arrived at Subway @1939 State Road at 748pm to see an employee RUNNING to the door to lock it before I got out of the car!!! Then when I call again she tells me they stop making food at 745pm but are open until 8pm…..does that even make sense??!! And you wonder why people don’t go to Subway any longer!!! Frustrating!!??
The food was good and the managers were very helpful! I had a question regarding their gift card coupons that they answered with all the details. Would recommend!
Staff was very friendly. Clean store. Not a big subway person but sub had loads of toppings and made neatly.
This is the best Subway ever been Been to blows the Subway by Marc’s out of the water they always have fresh product and there always so polite I love going here
If you aren’t going to open on time change your hours.
The worst service I have experienced the young guy that works there waited on us was very rude we came in at 813 pm an he clearly hated his life and job was very rude to my wife they need to get it together I will never go back to that location they both need fired
