great service and excellent customer experience

Went here on my way to work. Ordered a venti caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle. When I got to work I realized it didn’t have the extra drizzle. It was too late to go back. Normally I don’t have a problem with this store.

I called Starbucks and ask them if they can grind my whole bean Starbucks coffee and they said they could when I arrived here they said they can’t do it because of the Covid. Other Starbucks locations are better than here, customer service sucks and they don’t do what they promise!

I went in to purchase a gift card but was told the cafe was closed and that I could only get a gift card through the drive through. The catch is that I don’t have a car and was told I was out of luck. Meanwhile the person running the drive through window laughed through the conversation. Very disappointed with this location. Don’t preach inclusion if you discriminate against people without cars.

Last three orders incorrect. Very poor access to drive thru which results in snaking around other parking lots and blocking public approach. Staff very nice and product consistent.

If the people at Starbucks dont draw cute things on your cup, get you a new Starbucks cause MINE do??

The only issue I can say, Starbucks is Starbucks, and as someone that has been a patron of this business for 10 years and I go 7 days a week sometimes twice a day (and a shareholder) Starbucks being whom they are, they're aware that they're going to have a substantial amount of business, daily, I just wish there was a better way regards to the drive-thru, you know one Starbucks you enter in 4 different ways into the drive-thru which normally causes a lot of confusion, another Starbucks has to use another store's parking lot to sit and wait to get into the line which causes a lot of confusion ... I've seen people pull out hammers hitting other people's cars, because they're angry that someone pulled in front of them, etc, there has to be a better way of structure in regards to the drive-thru.

Went through this drive-thru and ordered a triple espresso “HOT”. I was handed an iced triple espresso. Sent it back and waited and was handed a cold espresso. Called and asked to speak with a manager, the man that answered had said he was the manager. So I explained what happened and he got an attitude with me. Last time I checked, they tell you the customer is always right especially when it comes to something they ordered. I would give this Starbucks zero stars if I could.

Was greeted immediately by a smiling team member. Order was accurate and my drink was delicious. Everyone was very courteous.

Friendly folks always get my order right! This is a busy, busy location and the drive thru line is sometimes daunting, but the terrific service is worth the wait.
