Sadly this place really went downhill. After two bad orders I think we're done with it. They must not be using the same amounts of sauce and the cooking times are off. Getting burnt and dry pizzas. Also dont remember them ever putting toppings under the cheese. For more consistency I prefer the west market location
Ordered wings and was told they sell by pound. Half pound not dozen half dozen. We received 6 wings for $8.99 was told sorry that’s how we do now. Very disappointed and will definitely not order their tiny wings in the future. Thanks for cheating me Romeo
Tuscan was definitely different than before. Still a good pizza but I didn't ask for a regular pizza. Very disappointed
I am so baffled at the “customer service” I just received from this location. We order frequently always no contact. The driver DID NOT knock or ring the doorbell as we were both sitting right by the door for over an hour waiting. I called to check the order and they told me it had been delivered almost an hour prior, and then Dexter refused to give me a refund or a replacement order when I offered to return the cold uneaten food. I guess I’ll just dispute the charge on my card and will never ever ever order from here again. Ridiculous.
I placed an order at 3:34 today for food and spent almost $40 and it said the estimated arrival was in 70 minutes. At 4:40 no one had knocked or rang my doorbell I called the store to check on my order and the young lady told me it had been delivered already. Went out to get the food and it’s ice cold. Called the store back and spoke to Dexter and told him 2 people had been sitting right by the door the entire time and no one knocked or rang my doorbell. He proceeded to tell me it was a tenured driver who was done for the day and it had been delivered at 4:05. My call back to the store was placed at 4:47. Dexter said that this happens more than they would like but contactless delivery can be complicated. I said I was unsure what was complicated about simply knocking or ringing the door bell because this has NEVER been an issue ANYWHERE. He then proceeded to tell me the only thing they would do for me was give me half off a medium pizza on my next order and assured me it was our problem and not theirs. I said I will give you the cold uneaten food back for a replacement order or a refund and he told me that wasn’t the issue and maybe we weren’t in the living room when they knocked. My significant other just had shoulder surgery and needs help with everything so I can ASSURE you that we were both there the entire time and there was no knock or doorbell ring. The fact that this employee was so dismissive of me and refused to do anything is just absurd. I will never order from here again and the food went straight into the trash untouched. I am requesting a refund, otherwise I will dispute the charge with my company to receive one.
Ordered great ranch and potatoe on October 16th around 7:30 pm. This is the first time that their pizza sucked! The pizza was overly sausage heavy, with few almonds; and those that were on the pizza were burnt. The cheese blend was only mozzarella, and there seemed to be little of the ranch sauce but extra cheese.
Always great. Love the sauce.

Loved their loaded crust pizza! I liked their wings too. But my all time favorite is the loaded pizza. My favorite combo in the pizza is - grilled chicken + mushroom+ extra mozzarella cheese and well-done! I highly recommend this one :) I bet the taste is unbeatable! I miss it now-a-days since I moved out of OH! Waiting for my next trip to Akron & definitely going to make a stop by Romeo's Pizza.
