The staff is hit and miss. One visit we may have the friendliest crew and others they appear to be upset to have to do their JOB.The food quality is also not what it used to be. *with one exception, again this also, sadly, depends on the day; the terminator sub of course! Even the Firestone salad has a completely new (not quality) chicken to top it....Rocknes used to be a staple for our family, now it's either nostalgic or the only option unfortunately.If they could have CONSISTENT food quality and even just a half friendly staff we would definitely recommend, as is I'd say pass it up for a better dining experience.
Waitress didn't know the menu.. or what was what. Food was alright. They close really early and food came out after about 5 mins. Suspiciously fast LOL
Delicious food. Great service. No wait to get a table. Kitchen food prep was fast. Great experience. We'll be back.
Horrible experience! Better service at a baseball game from the food vendors in the grandstands than here. Went in and was seated waited 15 minutes never even got drink order placed. In the meantime people that came in after us got seated and ordered immediately, no one even addressed the fact that we were waiting. Save your time and money and go anywhere else in cuyahoga falls besides here. They have lost us as customers and we certainly won't be back again! I understand the staffing shortage but 15+ min and never being acknowledged is just unacceptable and unprofessional!
Sandwich s are great. They take your order in line which is good but if you don't know the menu by heart there isn't one where they are taking the orders. I think they need to put up another menu in the line so you can decide what to get. I had to guess at exactly what I got.do that she could take my order.
Food and service were great! However the plow had pushed snow into a handicapped parking space. Had to park in regular space further from door. I know lots of snow but legally have to keep handicapped parking clear.
The fries were good so was the beer. The chicken sandwich was a chicken sandwich lol. I wasn't like super impressed but I did enjoy it

Short wait time, EXCELLENT food and service! Our server was absolutely amazing! She had our refills before we knew we needed them. Everything we asked for she got for us (extra dips and such). Thanks again Jameson!! (Sorry, I'm sure I misspelled your name).
Food was good as well as the service. The meal was mid-afternoon so it was hard to tell if the number of customers was usual for that time of day or if there might be more patrons for dinner. Prior to covid and my return home, Rockne's was always busy.
