We made a reservation here. We were sat, (keep in mind it was not busy at all) and waited 10 minutes…No one came to our table, so we had to get up and ask the host to send someone. We paid over $10 a drink.. The drinks tasted good however there was no alcohol in it. Paid $25 for a NY strip that was rubber and had no flavor. Throughout the dinner, service was horrible.. Our waters were never refilled and we were constantly waiting for our server to come to our table. Our meal was $80 for 2 people, and that is unacceptable service for such expensive food. Will not be returning.

We went around 4 pm on a Sunday to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday. The server we had was excellent and other staff went out of their way to help her out. My wife and mother in law were happy with their main dish. Although my wife said the lobster bisque was way too salty. I felt my seafood was a little too over cooked but its a chain restaurant so i was not expecting too much. The main question is what happened to the legendary biscuits. They were hot and seemed to be fresh but they were horrible. They were flat and had no taste to them at all. It was extremely disappointing because they used to be everyone's favorite thing at the restaurant. So if you want good service and ok seafood then you will enjoy it. Just forget about those great biscuits they used to serve.

the silverware was dirty. no captain Morgan, no bud light, no Moscato, no crab cakes.....zero stars

Ordered to go for my husband's birthday. I got the 3 course deal with the cheeseburger. Ordered the burger well-done no pink. Got it and it was still raw in the middle! Actually bleeding! I called, the manager offered a new burger but we live 30 minutes away, so he offered a refund. The refund NEVER came. I was only asking for my burger to be refunded! So I was out my original meal price which I couldn't eat and more money for food I could eat! Will NEVER order from this restaurant again!

We ordered carry-out selecting the Friday Fish Special plus a shrimp dinner. Everything was packed well and ready within minutes of the promised time. All items well separated. Only my fries were cool when plated ten minutes later at home however my wife had hot fries. The fish & shrimp were both hot, crisp, and flavorful. The biscuits were fresh, soft/crisp, and warm; the slaw was crisp & cold. 95% as good as you could expect in their dining room. I’ll include that at that facility at 5:30 in a Fish Friday night the crowd was about half capacity. A very safe environment for any that would be uncomfortable in a full house.

My grandfather enjoys going to this red lobster for his birthday and we haven't had many problems. It is always accommodating to our large party and the servers try their best to make sure 10+ people are happy and have everything we need. Restrooms are usually clean. This time we went only one stall was working so that wasn't great. Food was delicious and hot when it came out to us.

Our server Hannah was very nice and very helpful.She suggested that I try the clam strips which I have to say were delicious and flavorful.The cheddar biscuits were delicious and flavorful and almost melted in my mouth.

Food was hot and great! Had the date night special with lobster,shrimp and steak and mixed drinks . Calamari is best around and plenty to go around! Service was spectacular and knew the menu and had our food and appetizers out to the table in a timely manner. Will continue to enjoy fresh seafood at this location.

Great time, wonderful waitress I didn't like how we had to go use the machine to make an account to check out. My husband had an issue with using the gift cards so we had to go up front to check out. We also couldn't choose the amount we wanted to tip, we had to pick from pre selected percentages. But overall it was a good experience

I love this restaurant and the food is great ! But I’m unhappy with the service received from the waitress!! I felt rushed !! For the amount of money we spend here I’m disappointed! I expected to relax and enjoy my meal but instead I had our waitress rushing us out the door !! Asking if we need To-go containers and if we know how to use the iPad to pay!, mind you I’m still eating my meal!!! Why rush ?!?? I’d like to finish my meal and not have to take it to go!!!We came with cash and she should have asked us how we would like to pay and not assume!! We arrived around 3:00 pm and the place wasn’t that busy. We got our food at 3:30 then was being rushed out at 4pm because more people was arriving for dinner!! The food here is great I just wish the waitress had some respect and patience!! I think next time I’ll order my food to go so I can enjoy my meal without being rushed!!!!
