Omg! our pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is EXACTLY as advertised! Sooo delicious! We have been loyal customers of our local Papa Johns for 13++ years! Never ever deviate to another pizza shop! Stay with Papa Johns so youre not disappointed. our pizza was delivered on time, hot and perfect on Wednesday June 1st 2022,. Our delivery person was polite and went out of his way to bring our pizza, right to our door! 2nd st Cuyahoga Falls Ohio! thank you Papa Johns for not disappointing us! ????
We ordered using my corporate card and were told the food would show up in about 30 min. The food never showed up. We will be contacting the Manager to see how they deal with it since there is now a fraudulent charge on my corporate card for food that was never delivered before we decide on how we contact PJ corporate. The worker kept stating it was out for delivery after one hour and two hours and then even proceeded to give us a fake number to reach the DoorDash driver at since they apparently didn't have a driver so they said DoorDash would bring it even though it was apparent quickly they weren't bringing it. I understand a labor shortage but you don't treat customers this way
They send door dash and they just throw your food on the ground. They don’t even knock on your door. Very disappointed in service.

The quality of the pizzas have really declined. Each time my pizza literally just falls apart or it sticks to the box. I even asked for it to be baked well done. Never again
Food was delivered earlier than expected and replaced quickly. Love how easy ordering online is. Thank you delivery driver and cooks for you being great workers.
Never anything but problems at this location!i gave it another go because it is close to my house. Last time I ordered online andi went to pick it up and they said “Oh man, nobody called you? Ya we cancelled all orders cause we gotta close early because we have no closing manager!”
Never ordering from here again.. Why does it take 3 workers to get a simple address right??
If I could give no stars, I would. I made 17 phone calls to the number listed and was disconnected 17 times. I spoke to 5 different people who are only able to "place new orders". When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one. I NEVER got to speak to someone at this actual sight. This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! UPDATE: I finally got to speak to someone on site and she was delightful and helped solve my issue. Unfortunately, she has no say on how the call center functions.
