Good food great meal good service
Decent food. Service is pretty slow and not friendly during my visit. Not many vegan options.
The Panera bread at this location on Howe Rd in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio Is the worst one I have been to. The service is terrible and the food doesn’t taste the same as other Panera bread I have been to. I’ve been here 3 times now and each time it is the same or worse. The manager is not helpful nor does he explain things clearly and is confrontational, there is no accommodation for individuals with a medical situation.
Ashley and Mooney were so kind! Seeing a smile through a mask has a huge impact during these times. Thank you for your friendliness and patience!
Curbside food order was good but the family deals are super expensive for what you get.. a little quart of soup for$ 18-24
I had the best experience with the cashier. She was a young black girl(wish I knew her name) but she gave me the best customer service I have experienced in years. How ever I tried to let the manager now how well her employee was doing and she was so rude and acted like she would rather do anything but talk to me. When I told her about her employee she snaps at me yea I know I have been here 30 years and walked away. Maybe she was busy but anything you say to the manager she comes back very rude. But the cashier needs a raise a bonus or something because the way she treats customers you don't see anymore. She was awesome!!!
They need to work on their customer service. Had a bad experience when I tried to say the put down the order wrong. They were unapologetic and rude to me. Do not recommend going to this particular Panera.
Panera is Penera. It's nothing spectacular but I do recommend the Chipotle Chicken Bacon flatbread! That is delicious! The service was so so but it's ok.
Panera a always clean and service is usually very good. I appreciate their WiFi and it's a nice place to grab a bite with someone or your family but it's also nice to grab a bit and do some work without the distractions of the office.
The items I ordered were good however the bathroom was disgusting with a black ring around the inside the toilet bowl and doors that do not lock and they need to redo it . Service was Ok but some staff not friendly Overall I still will go there but they need improvement on somethings
