Well, they were out of String Bean Chicken so they offered Beef and Broccoli instead. I got that with the Brown Rice and a Chicken egg roll. All in all, it was ok....Beef itself was good but not very much of it! Broccoli could've been cooked longer for sure. They gave me alot of rice though to bulk the meal up. Chicken egg roll was ehhh, nothing special. It's fast food Chinese so wasn't expecting anything grand. Its somewhat pricey. I'd go again, just hope the String bean Chicken returns soon. Nice staff.
Could use MORE seasoning..... crab Rangoon are simply cream cheese and breading. No chives, no crab, SUPER bland, anyone can make that on their own with no experience. They made a mistake by getting rid of almond chicken in the first place. Haven't had panda express since I lived out of state. Pepper chicken was very good. Everything else was a little bland. This is NOT a poke at the location OR the employees, cuyahoga falls has great employees with great manners. Panda is just not what it used to be. Brought a friend who's never had it before and it wasn't what I wanted it to be according to bringing a new person in. At least our bellies are full.
1st time visitor had Lunch date with my kid. Don’t ask for sample; Before you purchase your food. Even though they have toothpicks to offer it. You will get a dirty look from Little old lady. She was mad rolled her eyes. Didn’t bother me I laughed it off.My sons orange chicken and rice was delicious. I ordered teriyaki chicken young man was cooking. He was making it fresh when I walked in. Felt like my chicken meat wasn’t seasoned at all. so when I put the packet of sauce on it made it worst. The interior decor was clean and modern. Maybe I’ll just try something else next time. My kid enjoyed it so thanks.
I ordered the family meal and I was not happy. My chow mein noddles were dry as ever no type of sauce or anything in them. My cream cheese Rangoon was disgusting it's pose to have a sweet taste just bland the only thing that was worth eating was the orange chicken and my food was cold. I will never order from here again. Panda Express used to be good haven't had it in years I am disappointed.
Yikes! Was told that the recipes couldn't be changed. The chow main was flavorless, the teriyaki overly sweet and the chicken seemed to have been kept hot for an hour while being very fatty. Overall worst food that claims to be Asian cuisine. No refund needed. I'll remember to avoid this place.
Food is hit or miss; mine was great, while partner fussed about theirs. Always clean, sometimes out of key menu items (rice), usually friendly staff.Good choice for quality fresh food on a time limit.
The food picture is the honey almond shrimp and that is a small entrée size, was very hot and fresh also ordered a three-piece entrée with side was also done hot and very fresh, food was ready literally as soon as I was done paying, they are very very quick here! Customer service was 100% on point, and they even upsold me on rounding up for the Akron Children’s Hospital donation :-) good job everyone!
Ordered beef and broccoli. Got about 12 to 13 pieces huge broccoli an as u see from picture, 4 maybe 5 small pieces of beef. Ridiculous......might as well call it broccoli w beef an reduce the price,usually have to go there 2 times a week because my daughter likes it,normally I'm smart enough not to order. Today as always shows why. Tried calling multiple times to get the corporates phone number but noone answers,an I've talked w managers before but they've never done or changed anything.
They got a bit bogged down at dinner time. Ended up waiting 20 extra minutes even though i had ordered ahead. Other than that did was good, good quality and quantity for the price.
Good was fine, but they apparently don't even try to keep the tables wiped down...at least 60% of them were obviously unclean, with bits of food apparent. Not the best practice during a pandemic.
