Lamar is the best waiter around! He took really great care of us many times. He truly earns every cent of his tip.Very attentive and just a great guy! I was pleasantly surprised. The last time I was there, the food was okay. This time it was real good. Since covid with all of the staffing shortages at different places, the food would come out warm instead of hot. Very frustrating. This time the food was hot, cooked perfectly, and despite having a server in training, it was a nice visit.

Really nice place to go and eat. Food is always done perfect. The staff is always attentive, on task and friendly. Very clean and well kept. The food is very good, flavorful, tender cuts of meats, chicken, fish, ribs, burgers, shrimp, crab cakes, etc.The pricing is fair, especially based on serving sizes. So all in all, we love to go here and enjoy a night out with good people and good food. Oh plenty of choices for drinks as well. For all ages...

I have been going to O'Charleys for years and our recent visit to dine-in on Saturday, February 26th to the Chapel Hill location in Ohio was the best visit we have ever had. The hostess that seated us could not have been nicer - even offering my daughter two menus because she could not decide if she would order off the kids menu or regular. And a big shout out to TOMMY!! If you can get him as your server, it's your lucky day!!! Absolutely one of the best. Super personable, prompt and made our lunch visit a wonderful experience. I never had to wait to any of our items and he kept us updated on the status of our food. I was so impressed with our visit.
Let’s start with service. Tommy was amazing and attentive. Not only was Tommy on point but also his work mates were great. We could definitely see the teamwork going on. The food tasted amazing. My steak wasn’t medium rare just medium but the flavor was on point so no complaint at all. It’s been a long time since we have had service and food this excellent.
First time I've ever been here and probably the last. It was definitely not worth the $19 it cost me for a small sandwich barely maybe 6 in and six wings and a tiny drink. The wings were not good at all very chewy and overcooked with a little bit of sauce sprinkled on them and the Philly was just pretty bland. The tiny drink that cost almost $3 the lids are so cheap you can't even get them to stay on the place is definitely not worth the money they charge
