Buns over toasted, got the wrong food. Then watched an employee come out of the back, go into the bathroom with gloves on, he was in the bathroom for a good 5 mins, came back out of the bathroom with gloves on.... Went back into the kitchen... We will never be back!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Since a long return to Ohio I found this particular store in Cuyahoga Falls. This by far is the best Mr.Hero in the Cleveland/Akron area. Fresh bread and toppings.Silly as it sounds this is probably the last decent Mr Hero around anywhere.Friendly staff and attention to detail.❤
I had a hot buttered cheesesteak meal yesterday and have been sick since. I called a second ago to inform the staff, he acted like I was lying. I told him the last thing I want is more food from you especially with this extreme abdominal pain. If you value your stomach avoid this place

DO NOT EAT HERE TRUST ME! Got charged $7 for dbl meat i didnt get, tomatos i didnt want on my sandwich. Everytime ive come to this dumpster fire of a location i get charged for something i didnt recieve and my foods just flatout horrible, $40 down the drain do NOT eat here! Complain? And when you call to complain they hang up on you!
