We ordered 9 meals and two cups of Queso. Our order was 100.00We where having an event and this was the only time we could eat until late that night. We ordered it the day before. The worker we sent to pick up said please double check to make sure order was correct. The manage said she would. We drove 15 min to pick up order and when it got back to us it was missing two lunches and both orders of Queso. The food was terrible, the Stack meals had very little meet. We did not have time to go back to get what was missing. We called and they will give us a refund for the missing meals. I feel they should have given us another lunch for everyone. Very bad service.
Today was my first time trying Moe's. I feel it lived up to some of the positive reviews I've heard from people whenever we talk about Chipotle style restaurants. The employees were super friendly and polite, which is something I really appreciate. The food was good too. The queso there is way better than Chipotle's. The only reason I didn't give five stars was I felt their menu was a bit limited compared to some other places I've been and I do feel the portion sizes could have been a little bigger given the price. But overall it was a positive experience and I honestly think I'll go there over chipotle.
We went to this location tonight. The staff was generally slow. They were out of black beans. we wanted white meat chicken and she said they would need 8 minutes to cook that. she didn't offer us to have a seat or anything, but did ask us to allow the people behind us to order. We went outside for a while and came back in to order and watched while the slowly made the orders in front of us. They also had no grilled mushrooms, so no black beans and no mushrooms. we paid for our order and went to get salsa. Salsa bar was empty. I asked at the counter and the girl said they had some mild salsa we could have. no other kind. she brought us 4 things of mild salsa to go with our two entrees plus chips. No apologies were offered and she didn't even seem to acknowledge this was unusual. The location that used to be in Stow, OH was so much better. To have no salsa is really unacceptable. I don't think we'll return to this location

Food was great. As far as the experience, it could've been improved with some better coordinating of breaks and scheduling. We arrived at around 1pm on a Sunday, so I would say lunch peak. One employee behind the counter severely overwhelmed with 2 large ladies orders...oops. I mean 2 ladies large orders. Well, that and a line of my wife and I, plus 1 lady who is looking to order for her whole van of kids outside. The one employee, let's call him Vince, asks a girl in the dining room (another employee) how much longer she has. 10 minutes is her reply, as she watches the lady behind us leave. When she did come back from break another employee imerged from the back room. Now suddenly 3 employees were there and people no longer needed to wait 10 minutes for food that was already cooked. My advice: Don't take overlapping breaks during common meal times. Side note: The same girl who's break was more important to display in the dining room in front of waiting guests, was sitting outside in her car after we got done eating. I sure wish I worked somewhere that I got breaks every half an hour. She wasn't off yet either, because I heard them discussing their shifts. She gets off at 4. Based on the stickers on her car I'd say...Stop trying to be a social justice warrior and just focus on good work ethics. In the long run it'll get you further.
Love that it's back open but going in at 11am for lunch break you never know what they'll have ready or not ready. If you open at 11 have everthing ready for opening
I eat moes all the time but this specific location the Meat hard , rice hard , had funny taste
Did not get greeted like usual moes...WELCOME TO MOES!! then all the food looked like it had been cooked 6 hours ago. The queso was hard. The steak was white and steak is supposed.to be brown or pink. Didn't even smell like food when entering the building. Manager was rude.
We had orders canceled when the store had to be closed unexpectedly yesterday. When I provided feedback for our experience, the District Manager responded promptly to explain the situation and credited our accounts with a reward for a future visit.
First time back in 2 years. The food was nothing like it used to be and the restaurant was the filthiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Every single table was dirty including the floor underneath. Barely any salsa and the salsa they did have was like jello. I will never go back.
