Ordered on the app, had a long drive thru line, so I opted to "skip the wait" and pick my food up inside.All 3 people who came in after me and ordered got their food before me. All of the drive thru cars were served before I was. The cashier hid by the drive thru register after getting the drinks for my 2 kids meals.The lady with the blue hair on the fryer kept complaining about people stealing the fries she had prepped.They only got 1 star for the sandy blonde haired guy who filled my order after noting outloud I had been waiting for over 10 minutes.But he didn't offer any apologies either.I was completely ignored as I stood there waiting for 2 happy meals for almost 15 minutes.Worst customer service experience ever. What's the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait for everyone else to get their orders first?
As I was walking in, I saw a employee walking out. She got in her car to smoke. That car was parked in the spot closest to the door that one would think is usually for the customer. Then while waiting for my food, I saw a different employee toss a cigarette butt on the ground, literally 2 inches from the trash can. The only saving point of my visit was the manager who was super quick to get my order.
Sucks. Foods cold, always forget sauces that I paid for, no napkins (happens every time), slow. You think after they raise their pricing above what a deli would charge you some kind of effort like napkins could be incorporated.
The only reason I am giving this one star is because there is nothing lower. I placed an order for a 20 Mcnuggets and a crispy chicken combo. Had the girl sit me order so I could pay cash for part and the rest on debit card. The girl at the window took my 6 dollars and only paid 60 cents of it with cash and put all of the rest on my debit card. She kept the money. I went in and complained to the manager whom gave me a refund. For the 6 dollars and could not sit the order. When we got back to the car. The crispy chicken sandwich was so dried out cardboard would have been better to eat. The ? was cold and the nuggets one set was ok the other set was awful. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. GO ELSEWHERE. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS BAD OF SERVICE AT A MCDONALDS. AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
Excellent food and service, plus great values! We really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches! Great coffee too!
I like the breakfast here. HOWEVER! Know all the trash around the Chapel Hill Plaza? I literally watched ravens pull some out of This McDonald's overflowing cans. Might want to get on that better.
Very slow, no special prices, barely warm food after being ask to pull up to the door entrance and wait ,while on company lunch break, to get the order and get back to work in time, 3 miles away to get barley warm food.
This McDonald's gets the order correct more than other McDonald's in Akron. Sometimes a long wait but most of the time start to finish wait averages 10 minutes.
I would think if the dining room was closed , they would AT LEAST put a sign on the door. Or better yet while I'm standing there trying to figure it out, don't stand there and stare at me. Tell me dining room is closed ?
Their hours say they’re open til 11 but they NEVER are. Not once have they ever actually been open til 11. Now since the power outage over here, they haven’t been open period. I honestly think they’ll just stay closed, but it would be nice if they’d update their info on here so people don’t keep trying to go there.
