Mother's day it wasn't crowded at the drive thru at the time waited 20 min to get to order will say for first time ever the girl taking the money was actually nice and polite wich was nice for a change then we got home and it became obvious that the people inside don't know their chicken or they just through whatever in the bucket. Never have had a problem with dark in original and white in extra crispy (meat just so you know)got the 8 pc and go figure 2breast one original one extra crispy only one wing thighs well you get the picture.dont think they know their chicken so I ask where is the training? A nice treat for us mom's on mother's day wasn't so nice.if your wondering why I didn't take back because the line when we left would have taken an hour to get through but mainly didn't see this until got home and yes I did call was told to come back in line and reorder so how do I know it wouldn't happen again? My warning to you as I wright this hold up the line weather they like it or not check you order because they don't. I gave the 3 stars because food wasn't horrible so can't say I hated it but I definitely don't recommend.
I ordered a 12 piece bucket extra crispy legs and thighs to go with my Easter dinner. I ordered it through doordash so almost $40 for a bucket and they sent a regular bucket that wasn't extra crispy! I was so mad because we didn't want the white meat and wanted the extra crispy as the regular chicken is gross. You don't have options when you doordash because they drop it at your door and go. Not happy my Easter dinner was ruined by the chicken.
Sad, pathetic operation. Attempted to order Doordash around 6:30 on 4/15/22 and by the time it took me to complete my order, it was "unavailable". Your outright refusal to do your job (aka work) has resulted in me NEVER, EVER ordering from your establishment again. I hope you get shut down permanently. Disgrace to the brand. No wonder you're closing locations everywhere when you have lazy, scumbag business practices.
? 33 dollars down the drain soggy chicken, burned corn, dry biscuits, and watery mac. The only thing that taste decent was the mash potatoes. Never again that’s what I get for being lazy and didn’t want to cook
Had a really good chicken sandwich that new chicken sandwich is really good. I didn’t get the spicy one but this one was excellent maybe I just hit it right. Anyhow congrats KFC
Way slow then my mash potatoes only had a spit of gravy on them biscuit was like a brick !! Didn't get my extra mash potatoe Didn't get !! Understand being short handed!! Shouldn't change Quality!! Chicken was good super greasy
Every time you walk into this kfc you can tell that not a single employee wants to be there. I stood at the counter for ten minutes actively being ignored by five different employees, and when two other customers walked in they continued to ignore me and began helping the other two customers. Any time I can actually get service here there's always at least something wrong with the order such as being given the wrong food, or not being given everything I ordered.
Spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru for incorrect side dishes and no chicken sandwiches. When I asked for my money back, she said she would put some tenders on a bun for me. The tenders were inedible and they charged me $5. You try to get in touch with corporate or fill out the feedback form, no one calls you back. It’s ridiculous, and we won’t be back.
So they get one star just for being open I guess. I can't really rate the food because we left before ordering. Went inside and stood there for 10 minutes or more with nobody taking our order so we left. They appeared well staffed (saw at least 5 or 6 people in the kitchen) but as usual (for a fast food place) they only cared about moving the drive through line. I will say the dining room looked clean but I didn't look closely.
This place gets busy at times, online ordering ahead is the best idea. They had my order right I just had to wait for a bit. But at 5 dinner rush I expected it.
