I orderd hibachi chicken yesterday with mo mushroom.When i got there before paying for my food i asked the man was there any mushrooms.He said hold up checked my food and said no.I dlive 20 minutes away from this place.I drove home, and took a bite out of my food.It tatsed a little burnt like he was in a rush and let some of my food burn.I started to mix my food and find mushrooms.First off I’m allergic to them.I call him and told him what was going on.He asked if i was complaining.I said sir if u are allergic or don’t like something your not going to eat he.He asked what can he do.I said refund me my money or you can make my food over.He began yelling no refund and since you want to complain your going to eat my food ang hung about.I just called today like 5 minutes ago asking for the owner he said no owner here.I asked when will the owner be in he said he don’t know.His friends call him and he just come in.So i asked was he the 1 who worked yesterday.He said yea whats the problem.I explained to him again what had happened.He get so mad and start yelling and said well you know like mii food *in his accent?*.He yelled bring my food back and you aren’t welcome here anymore.?JESUS FIX IT
They refused to give my mom the food we paid for, and they refused to refund my card. This place is filthy, and the owners shady. Refusing us what we paid for is theft, and I will be looking into pressing charges, and/or suing
I first read the reviews and had to try this place out! I was greeted at the door..there was only 1 person and he was at the register doing orders......I was a lil worried cause he had his gloves on while taking my money and was bouta jump right on the grill....i polietly asked to change those gloves tho.This food smackin! Delicious! Great portions and the flavor was perfect! Omg very happy only thing is they give you 1 yumyum sauce for all this food so i would like at least 2!Try it for yourself hope its yummy to you too! Thumbs up if i helped!
Awful. Wait times are 20 to 40 minutes. One guy works there and is the cook. He ignores you when you ask questions. I was there for 45 minutes waiting and I could not wait any longer. I asked for refund because he had not even started my food after 45 minutes. He ignored me for 15 minutes then slammed my money down on counter and was very rude. They also ran out of rice. How foes a Hibachi place run out of rice?
First time eating here today...if you haven't tried it, don't walk, RUN THERE!! This was bomb!! Way better than Hibachi Express!! Will definitely be back!!
The food here is phenomenal. I was a little skeptical of trying this place, because I tend to get stuck in my preferences for food.. but boy, this place did not disappoint. The food is fantastic. The rice is fried just right, and the protein is perfect for breaking up the rice. If you're in the market for something quick and delicious, Hibachi Grille will not disappoint.
Food tasted very old not fresh I could only take a couple bites try giving it to my dog and he didn't even eat it gave me food poison won't recommend to anyone nasty
Terrible service. When you call to order they tell you to call back in 30 minutes. Who does that? The place is dirty and the floor greasy and slippery
The food was great, fresh, and the portions were enough to have another meal. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already!
