Stop there this morning, asked a question about the menu, The lady at the speaker preferred to be rude in stead of helpful. I ordered two things and they only put one of them in the bag. My change was $15, Instead of a ten and a five the man at the drive up window made sure I had five singles so I could put a tip in the tip cup he placed put right in your face. Never seen a drive up window asking for tips. They should concentrate on getting the order correct and less on getting tips.
We have not gone to the dunkin on state for quite a few months because they kept messing up our orders. Well this morning it was the only place near by that was open so we figured we could give them another chance. they ignored the changes made to my sandwiches on the mobile app and only gave us one. So I called in and the only thing they were willing to do is make me come back out to fix it.. I am very unhappy
I thought I bought 2 large coffees instead I got one medium and one almost large. I understand they need room for the whipped cream but I didn't think they needed have the cup.
Love this Dunkin! I can at least get my snakin bacon in the afternoon 80% of the time. Majority of the Dunkins don't make anymore once they sell out. Only complaint is donuts are hard to come by in the afternoon/early evening.
used to love this location. until yesterday when i had to wait 5 minutes at the speaker before even being greeted. there was one other car ahead of me so i’m not sure why it took so long. then my coffee was made wrong after they made me say it three times. it was a terrible cup of coffee i’ve never had it taste so bitter. and when i got to the window there were about 5 employees huddled around doing nothing and one making my drink and taking orders. do better
Ordered a coffee, two order of hashbrowns and a bagel. Only received one order of hashbrowns and the bagel was completely burnt. I can't contact anyone, because their phones don't work.
The two star reflects price to quality. It does don't represent any refelctions toward the staff. Get Go has coffee refils for .99 cents. Circle K has a $5.99 monthly subscription cost for a one free coffee a day. I find both places have equal, if not better coffee for the price. As far as the dounts, it's the same as many other operations, the products have gotten smaller and the prices higher.Margins are smaller which makes expesnes tighter. Also, DD has gone from an in-house dount maker to a microwave meal maker.I've tried the wraps and sandwiches and they are below average at best when it comes to price to qaulity.DD, along with Arby's, still a fan there, along with Buffalo wild Wings Jimmy John's, fan there too along with Sonic have been aquired byInspired Brands. These aqusitions generally don't bode well for the consumer.Look at Burger King. 3G, then RBI. Recently, RBI bought out Firehouse Subs. These conglomerates will cut costs, which again means smaller portions at raised prices.Look, you can get a large refill and a good cookie for $2 right up the road at Get Go.Again, this is nothing against the employees.Very nice people at this location.
Used to be worth the drive to the State Rd location. I’m not sure what happened, but the service has really gone down hill. ??♂️
They always have new merchandise. Love the home goods section. Best place to go for office clothes. Great selection of dog apparel.
Always seem to be out of the maple donuts but cashier happily replaced it with something just as good. Thank you!
