Was just there and made me sad. Staff was clueless when asked about menu items and just said I don’t know. It was filthy and staff was standing around. There were kids on the patio while we were trying to eat cursing and slamming a basketball around. The drink station was disgusting. First time in since the remodel and very disappointing ;(
Routinely bad service. Remodeled with with two drive thru's so twice the orders to mess up. I don't want my ice cream first and then wait 15 minutes for the food, I'd like to eat first. Why ask what sauces, etc I would like when I never receive them. I live in the neighborhood and have been here on several occasions all with poor service and finally decided to review.Also grossed out after the girl in the drive thru asked to have a bag back because they put someone's order in it too. I already dug a couple of my onion rings out, hope they threw the rest of the bag away.
Staff was absolutely rude to my family. And another customer that had a burger they made wrong and she said she would just give him another patty so he can do it himself since she refused to make him a brand new one. They are absolutely clueless. Horrible staff
This clean restaurant looks amazing and awesome! Everything is so well kept and clean. All the staff members are nice there also, so check this awesome place out you guys!
DQ Flame Thrower sauce on top of their Crispy Chicken Salad is a life changing experience. For real. Flame Thrower sauce is slightly hotter than the Taco Bell Mild Sauce but it's more than worth the extra spicy-ness on top of the best Fast Food salad I've ever eaten.The Red Velvet Blizzard or Sundae with a Giant Brownie Chunk (don't know the real name of this treat) in it were the ideal chilly pairing with that spicy salad. Can't wait to eat it all again.Love the new layout of this store as well! Comfortable amount of space with an absurd amount of power outlets at nearly every table. I may or may not have bought a cake from the freezer before I left as well..... Yum
we ordered and they forgot some of our order. No apologies when we had to drive back to get the rest of it

Stopped into the new dq today and was super impressed. The young ladies working were awesome. She noticed right away my blizzard was made wrong and corrected it. All super sweet and polite.
I mean, it's Dairy Queen so of course it's delicious. This one just also happens to be new and huge with a double drive-thru. Fantastic even in the middle of February.
Ordered on app, still had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Seemed well staffed, alot of employees were standing around. Cashier was apologetic about the wait and the food was fresh. New building is nice
