absolutely the most garbage experience i've ever had at chipotle, and for those in cuyahoga falls you know how bad our other chipotles suck.ordered 3 items - 1 burrito and two bowls. one of the bowls was extra steak and costed just under $14 (!!!!).received them, drove home, and while i didn't take a picture of my girlfriends bowl (the $14 one which she was going to eat for dinner and lunch), you can see how offensively small these portions were. ended up eating my 'dinner' burrito and my 'lunch' bowl in one sitting.furthermore, girlfriends bowl was cold enough it spent 90 seconds (!!!) in the microwave to heat up a ridiculously small amount of food.can't contact chipotle, but first time i have ever debated disputing a food charge on my credit card... this was practically fraud.(for picture context, i'm 5'9 and wear a medium glove. bowl was freshly opened)

I don't leave reviews very often, but this one deserves it. I have had 1 in 10 orders correct. I am drive 20 min to the next chipotle just to avoid this one. thankfully they are able to make things correctly. But im about to abandon Chipotle all together.

Took Over 30 minutes to complete our order when we were told it would take 5. Extremely slow line. Food was okay, so 2 stars.I hope this improves with time.The express concept is good, but the execution and location are terrible.

9 minutes from ordering on the app until pickups. ridiculous fast

Rude employees, excessive wait times, and no organization from staff, by far a horrible experience everytime.

This place is gross I got 4bowls and all four had uncooked crunchy rice!I called to complain but you can't talk to anyone the phone just hangs up on you!

This place and my house look exactly the same. Chipotle rocks \m/

An absolute mess. Food wasn’t ready at promised time. Waited a few minutes in a parking spot and went through the drive thru again. Order still not ready. Asked how long it would be and was told 10 minutes. I asked to cancel the order. The manager came to get my email address associated with my account and my order was ready. I said I’d take it then since it was ready, but they threw it in the trash.

They've not nailed down timeliness on their orders. Today's lunch order was 15 mins later than the confirmed pickup time, so we joined the group of cars trying to find a parking space to kill time until our order was ready. It took us four tries at the pickup window and three times being told "it's not ready, pull around." We were given spoons instead of forks with our meals, too. But the food was made very well and tasted great!

SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER LOCATIONS IVE BEEN AT IN THE LAST YEAR. MY FOOD WAS HOT AND MY ORDER WAS RIGHT..THANK U SOOO MUCH!!!
