This Chipotle is garbage. Consistently messes up online orders and wait times are always an hour plus with cold food. Pathetic. Negative stars if I could.***Another bad review. 2 months later.. Placed an online order and came to pick it up. Order was not correct.
If you go in and order they do a much better job, online ordering they skimp you. Food is delicious though and staff is nice
The staff here are very polite and hard workers.The food here is exactly what you expect from Chipotle.I definitely love the vibe of the workers and the politeness.Every time I visit here, I am greeted with delicious smells, great attitudes, and great food.Definitely recommend this Chipotle.
Pretty much sucks, when I order Th hey act like thier busy and I'm the only one in line, then who ever is fixing order acts like the profits are coming out of their own pockets ! And the attitude is terrible! I hope they close them all !!
The food was great as it always is but the man running the register pretty much yelled at the girl wrapping the burritos because she did not wrap it well enough you could clearly see she had a disability with her left hand and maybe wrapping those Hugh burritos wasn’t the greatest job for her how bout she run the register and you wrap the burritos there buddy
Every time we come here at night they have a sign up once you enter the restaurant that states online orders only. There is no mention of this online or when you call either. They also don’t answer their phones Then when you order online it’s over an hour wait for food not to mention the online food order are always screwed up. This is a terribly run restaurant I blame management. Seems like they don’t care about their business. Please shut this place down. Stay away!!
This place has obviously gone downhill. Second time in a row burrito fell apart. Waited to order and only person in there. Girl acted like her hair was on fire making it. I could see it coming.Customer isn't number one here. The employees are. Sign of the times. Food quality has slid too.Crossing it off.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. Since they do not except phone call orders, I placed an order online at 1pm through door dash that I would be picking up. I was told 30 mins, at 2pm it said it was still being prepared so I called the store to see if it was ready, and just not updated on the app, I was told no. at 3pm, my boss went into the store to check on my order as I had now been at work waiting for 2 hours for my order to be ready for pick up and the rude workers said they had never recieved my order. My boss went around to the pick up shelf to check for herself, and what do you know, my order was sitting there. Still after pointing out my order WAS there the workers still claimed they never received it... who made the order then????!! On top of that, when they finally acknowledged the order was recieved, they claimed I had not yet paid for it! I had to show receipts to prove it. Then, When asked to remake the 2 hour old food since they had told me it wasnt ready, they refused. Finally they "remade" my bowl... only now theyve made it into a BURRITO and refused any sort of gift card, or refund. This WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO STARS! This location needs new, workers, and new management.
Seems to be a trend at a bunch of Chipotle locations. 12 people sitting around waiting for pickup orders. Zero line. Anyone that comes in and gets in line is in and out in 30 seconds. It took 15 minutes for the first pickup order to come out since I arrived. At one point the line got to the door. They got those people out without issue and very quickly, but also without a single pickup order coming out. Currently 6:35. Ours was scheduled for 6:10. We were just told they are starting 6:00 pickup orders. Got to love constant price increases and hour waits for food. Don't do online, just come in and save yourself a ton of time.Finally got my food at 7:00.
This chipotle is awful. Every single time I visit this place to pick up an online order I end up being told they are "out of chicken" or "out of steak" and the wait time will at times exceed an hour even though I ordered online before going up there. This has been going on for YEARS.....you could literally drive to a chipotle in another town to get your food and it would be quicker than going here. Literally choose ANY other chipotle than this one unless you enjoy sitting in a super packed, filthy lobby for hours on end waiting for your order.
