I eat at this Chipotle regularly because it is closer to my home, but I almost always have a negative experience at this store.My rating is based on the following:Pros-Quality of food is consistent with other Chipotle locations.Cons-Long wait times whether one person is ahead of you or ten.-Cleanliness of store is poor.-Service is consistently poor.
The ladies need to talk less and work more. I pick up here all the time and they are constantly talking and laughing instead of working during the very busy lunch hour
y’all are good but why are you guys always out of lime the one thing I wanted plus I ordered a quesadilla yall ain’t even put it in the bag watch out cuz next time u come I’m taking all the lime (if it’s in stock) and all the quesadillas point blank period
Almost choked to death. Had a bone in my food called the Chipotle. Nothing happened. Please contact me on what we can to fix this.
Well this trip it was all good I was satisfied with my portion I actually got full for once
clean location with quick ordering and check out. never got pick up from this one but my food is always good here
I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered online to have it “delivered” after spending 70+ dollars only for it to not be delivered, then get told they have to issue a refund and can’t even remake the order…their online ordering and systems are down so I had to go into the store only to find out they’re out of just about everything. WORST experience ever, I will drive over an hour to get my chipotle before I stop here ever again. Seriously don’t know how they are still open at this location
I don’t really understand how this place can consistently be as slow as they are. This has to be the biggest Karen post I’ve ever made but I order chipotle online all the time and this is the only location that will have your online order ready and have you wait an extended period of time because it’s on the shelf in the back and not the pick up shelf. I had a order pick up for 5:40 and got it at 6:02 because it wasn’t on the pick up shelf. This isn’t just a one time inconvenience or else I wouldn’t even be making this review. If you’re going to give a promise time through the app then honor that time. It’s not that hard.
I've been to this location quite a few times and have never been disappointed, both with ordering in store and online. Always great food and service.
Absolutely terrible. My steak is filled with fat. I haven’t even had one piece of steak without fat on it.
